I'm going to sit on my 28673 dogecoins for a while.
Been trying to do this for days, 0.00 I have no fucking clue what I'm doing How can DOGE BE SO COMPLICATED
Yeah I signed up at http://doge.luckyminers.com/ and I've been mining but how do I receive a payout? Or should I solo dig instead?
I hate this doge shit so much but people have been making real money from this I've heard, so fuck it why not.
Are these digital currency's worth learning and investing or is it just something that will end next year
Basically when you fire up the DogeCoin wallet, it makes a .conf file in the DogeCoin wallet folder. Shut DogeCoin back down and move the file to the %appdata%\Roaming\DogeCoin\ folder. Incase it doesn't create one, here's the content;
rpcuser=doge rpcpassword=wow rpcport=22555 addnode=67.205.20.10 addnode=146.185.181.114 addnode=95.85.29.144 addnode=78.46.57.132 addnode=188.165.19.28 addnode=162.243.113.110 daemon=1 server=1
Then once DogeCoin Wallet's synced, you hit the Dig, and set it up with the solo dig settings; 127.0.0.1 - 22555 - doge - wow Use the above settings for other applications like CudaMiner, etc. Much enjoy, big coins, many happies, etc.
Digging at 0 hashes per hour with the wallet What am I supposed to do
so i think i figured it out 's this good? [editline]19th December 2013[/editline] also is there a way i can set it to run a bit slower? I wouldnt feel comfortable leaving it on overnight at like 70 C
Yeah I signed up at http://doge.luckyminers.com/ and I've been mining but how do I receive a payout? Just type in how ever many Doges you want, set the address to one the wallet creates when it's synced (You can see it by clicking Much Receive), then hit okay. It'll send that amount to your wallet to sell, sit on, or whatever.
i have no idea if im doing it right because all my miner is doing is finding new blocks in the pool then getting interupted. the luckyminers site says i have a 0 hashrate, so i must be doing something wrong
I wish I understood how to do this. As soon as it opens cmd.exe I become very warry.
I've tried 3 different miners counting the doge wallet, the other two either automatically close, or just give endless errors and don't let me type anything in the cmd prompt
Is there a simple tutorial on how to pool mine anywhere? I've downloaded a tonne of bullshit miners and I don't know how to make any of this do anything
how long does it usually take to mine a single one?
For those in need of a simple tutorial: http://doges.org/index.php/topic,592.0.html i had 100% absolutely no idea how to do any of this before reading the guide and now i'm mining, so definitely take a look. i also accept donations :) DLiDrKjp19zy2sm9nKbyXg14cbjREHQsWr
such productivity
I was in a pool of 30 people for 3 days and I made probably around 9000 coins with a lot of off and on mining. Though, as the difficulty of blocks went up and the more people joined the pool, my shares kept getting smaller and smaller. So, unless you have one (or several) of the really good mining cards, your best bet would be to buy some with regular money or trade around.
back in my day, we had to mine with our bare hands. not anymore

I'm so lost.
Wait, so I have to do anything with this wallet application? I'm so lost.
it is recommended that you don't mine using the wallet, and only use it as a wallet to store your DOGEs
I've been waiting forever for this thing to sync. I've put the .conf files and rebooted my computer but it won't sync
it is recommended that you don't mine using the wallet, and only use it as a wallet to store your DOGEs
Ok, ok, so Im not going to touch the wallet for now? The .bat is running, and on my pool site it says I am getting 28 khash/s and 256 difficulty, what is the value of those numbers? I imagine the first is the rate of mining, but the second? How do I get my Doges to my wallet? [editline]19th December 2013[/editline] Now I'm at 161 khash/s

Now is there anything else, and how do I watch the monies come in? Thank you very much for all your help by the way.
This was pretty great :v:
Doge was pretty funny Two years ago
doge was pretty funny (never)

my gpu is running at 82c this is a good sign
Finally got the .bat and workers to all match up about 150-170 khash/s Now the waiting game
I've been waiting forever for this thing to sync. I've put the .conf files and rebooted my computer but it won't sync
It took me around 3 or so hours for it to sync up. I think it depends on your internet connection / speed.
http://dogefoode.bidouille.org/ free dogefaucet, theres more free faucets if you search around. doesn't give alot but hey its free.
Where do I check what I have mined? I'm seeing a lot of numbers but when I tried to cash out it said I couldn't
