if you're getting a lot of negative comments, that means you're obviously doing something wrong.
Fix it instead of crying about it. Low mic quality? Get a better mic. Yea, sure, you don't have money, but until you get a better mic, you will get a lot of people saying "get a better mic", your "sorry guys i dont have a good mic" doesn't excuse the fact that you have a bad mic and won't receive criticism for it. Maybe take a break before getting a better microphone, because if you don't, people will whine and you seriously cannot expect them not to.
If you're going to not get rid of the things in your stream, well, I guess that's your choice, but you may want to try it out for once, considering someone brought it up, but then again, that's a personal opinion.
You should make it so people don't have to watch the first 5-10 minutes of your stream to understand what's going on 20 minutes into the stream. It's confusing for new viewers and I can't believe old viewers are still interested in it.
And last, dearie, when you come to advertise your stream on a site, don't lash out and call everyone sexist pleb virgin nerds because you can't handle criticism. Makes you look awfully stupid, immature, childish and foolish.
Also, hun, sweetie, please stop talking to everyone with this sarcastic ~<3333 attitude, it's annoying and makes you look egotistical.
