It looks middle of the road by the trailer. I wouldn't mind trying an episode or two to get a better feel.

Sticks the Badger. Very few people really cared for or liked Marine the Raccoon as it were, but Sticks just seems even worse because she's not some case of translation quirks and a bratty personality like Marine was; she's an obnoxious and unhumorous stereotype just stuck in along the main cast for some strange reason.
I've seen worse animation, it's not exactly bad but it could do with more work. The studio are being outclassed by people who do animation as a hobby though with Source Film Maker or even just Garry's Mod.
Eggman just runs away with the show.
