Well it is the hardest and final encounter of the current expansion, and they were the first ones to do it without exploits. If you don't play, you will not give a damn, if you do it's a pretty huge accomplishment.

the outcome of this pretty much makes the whole point of WC3 and frozen throne pointless other than the fact they were the better games than wow.
And the whole boss fight to be honest lets face it was just......crap i mean would it have hurt them to just say put some EFFORT into the one fight in this expansion that really mattered? i mean i've seen better boss fights in black wing lair when i used to play! the boss fight was just so....plain and generic it doesn't feel like a REAL boss fight, i mean the made Illidan look like a pussy and he had a better boss fight than this.
Im pretty sure anyone can come up with a better idea for a final boss fight than that, for example Arthas chasing you on sindrigosa across the mountains while your on mounts and hes destroying the mountainside behind you, just an example but i really expected the ULTIMATE boss of the expansion to be something SPECIAL not just your run of the mill normal instance style crap! /rant
