'MERICA, shoot first ask questions later.
In Britain getting chased with a chainsaw is normal
'MERICA, shoot first ask questions later.
I'm going to have to argue that it's a totally rational reaction to shoot first and ask questions later while being rushed with a chainsaw. I remember a prank where people would be on an elevator and the lights would come out and a girl crawled out of the panel with ghost makeup. The lights would turn back on and people would freak the fuck out. When I saw that video I was immensely surprised that nobody tried to kick the shit out of her in panic because they were stuck in closed quarters with absolutely nowhere to run. [editline]16th June 2014[/editline]
A tiny part of me hopes he gets shot or something... its pretty funny, but also terrifying to the point of being a complete cunt.
I always get really anxious watching these videos because I keep half expecting the prankster to get shot, stabbed, or at least beaten up, and then the person "defending" themselves would wind up feeling like shit in prison.
I still can't believe this dude has not been shot dead
guns are banned in Italy so it's not as risky to do these pranks there.
Actually, as a thought experiment, if someone was pranked like this and they reacted in a matter that fatally injured the prankster, should the person being pranked be sent to prison? On one hand he murdered an innocent person but on the other if someone legitimately thought they were about to be assaulted by a murderer, can they be held accountable? There was one of those CSI/NCIS/Law and Order type shows that explored this. The prank was that an alien was gonna attack a guy and his girlfriend who were making out in a car, so the guy responded to the alien by running him over with the car, killing the prankster. (It was later found out that he knew it was a prank and used the opportunity to kill him for inheritance money.)
