"Bushballing" is more commonly referred to as "WoodsBall". I go to the "GiantBigGame" that the Splat Tag Inc guys have every year on the first weekend of June. 800+ players on a massive amount of property covered with trees. Tanks and shit. I went for the first time this summer, and holy shit, was it fucking fun. It rained the whole time, so it felt like Vietnam. It was really cool, and I can't wait to do it again.
Paintball is like Unreal Tournament. Airsoft is like Call of Duty.
Damn, I remember going to a night OP like that. I was one of the only people with tracers sadly. Was a fun 10 hours in the Las Vegas Desert regardless.
Paintball is like Unreal Tournament. Airsoft is like Call of Duty.
It all just comes down to where you play it to be honest.
Is there anyway of protecting your teeth because I like a full set.
Use a Shemagh or something.
Is there anyway of protecting your teeth because I like a full set.
Here's a guide I'm making. http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=857857
I'm sorry, but what is speedballing and bushballing? Googling speedballing brought up something about heroine and crack and bushballing...random shit.
If you scroll up to the post I made a bit above, it will explain all, with vids :) Here: http://www.facepunch.com/showpost.php?p=18803032&postcount=63 Speedball is just another word for xball more or less. I reccomend watching the second link first in the vids from that post.
That looked freaking awesome. Although given the option I wouldn't use tracers. They have a habit of working both ways.
for the low low low low price of 550$! granted airsoft guns can go for the same price, you can get an exact replica of an m4 for around 200$ that isn't even half bad. although i have been proven wrong that paintballing does not have replica's i do however have a hard time believing some fields would allow guns of this type without an orange blaze tip.
Spray-paint the barrel, or even better, fire a paint ball at it! :v: Anyway, the price can be reciprocated because there are paintball leagues you can enter.
Most of the time in airsoft you can't spot the BB's when there coming towards you until you feel the impact of the round... but this video gives a good indication of just how much plastic is flying during a airsoft game. :v:
Looked pretty cool. But weren't they supposed to die right at the start? If this was real life they would hit the ground for sure from this ambush. How much BB rounds you are allowed to survive?
1.
I always thought Airsoft was a bit better than paintball, You get the replica weapons, electric weapons that use batteries and not air canisters, and it leaves no mess when you get hit... I got hit just right in the knee one time and it felt like a Bee sting... not as bad as paintball, but It was definitely noticeable I had an ol' XM 177 in the past, I spray painted the orange barrel black and was good to go
because those pictures speak for themselves.. what makes it different from paintball?
They are paintball. Different environment, slightly different rules.
More tracers.
I'm 90% sure this has already been answered but if anyone is wondering how these tracers work, they use glow in the dark BBs with this special barrel extension silencer looking object. When you fire with the glow in the dark BBs, a light quickly flashes inside the "silencer" and the BB absorbs the light. That's how these tracers work. Like I said, I'm 90% sure this has been answered but if it isn't answered, there's the answer for the people wondering.
