Going off of pictures/videos i've seen of people falling from similar heights, you could safely say that there won't be much left of them.
Death would be instantaneous.

Falling on water from that height would be the same as falling on concrete from that height.

I can understand why they do it, but, like my father once told me, once you've reached the point where you're willing to put your life in serious danger for little more than a quick thrill, it's time to seriously re-examine your priorities.
