How about they stop remaking games and movies and start making new ones.
It feels like yesterday since I bought this game.
I had my mother buy me this and we both had to hide it from my Dad. Holy shit it's been too fucking long, they let me smoke pot now, how the hell..
I remember my brother running up to me going completley nuts over the graphics and how you can roam round the city in third person, he said it would be the only game he ever needed.
Boy I loved GTAIII
This was rockstar at it's best. When the cheats were fun and the game was wacky.

I don't even like the Call of Duty series but that just aint true. Assuming we're talking about the first CoD, as much as GTA III was a fantastic game CoD had better graphics. It was released some time later granted, but you can't say the graphics are far worse.

GTA III had brilliant graphics for it's age. The recent CoD games are not going to be remembered for that.
Wow, 10 years really has flown by. I remember playing this at 16 and having a blast with the cheats that made everyone have a weapon and everyone hostile to eachother. Few of my friends would get together and set up a projector & screen and play it huge on the wall. The graphics were not what amazed me, it was more about how they maintained the sheer size of everything. Also get that car stuck in your garage so you can fit a few more lol.
One last thing, Rockstar you have to put this on one of your new Radio lineups in game:

I remember when I gave everyone weapons and made them crazy, then accidentally started the last mission.
The girl who I was meant to save got shot instantly, the mission failed and it SAVED. The goddamn crazy pedestrians -cheat cannot be turned off. Never finished the game because of that. :frown:

First ever screenshots for San Andreas. I remember watching them almost everyday and being amazed at it's graphics. I just couldn't wait for it. And it delivered.
