That and the already mentioned fact that calling yourself a stupid made up name that only applies to you is hurting the reputation and situation of people who are actually suffering from actual issues and who are just trying to live a normal life.

I'm talking about idiotic tumblr dwellers who spend all of their free time making up new sexualities, gender identities and call themselves feminists while engaging in stupid flamewars with everybody, which recently got way out of hand with cases of doxxing, ddosing and scamming becoming more and more frequent.
These people are not to be confused with real feminists who are doing actual work to help with equality and not to be confused with real transgender people who don't call themselves retarded over the top names. If you're willing to accept a tumblr asshole calling for the death of all cis gendered men as a feminist then you're part of the current problem.

i think people go too far with making up genders and all but im getting the complete opposite impression? i dont think people are going farther than they used to with this stuff, if anything people are becoming more aware of which are actual cases of gender dysphoria and which are just people taking the piss or trying to get attention
