I really do hate when people randomly slap '4D' on things.
A 4D movie is called a Play. It is in 3 dimensions, and is happening in real time.

Fake 3d(as in 3d renders on 2d planes) have been done since forever. True 3d can be done with various tricks like moving platforms and shit, 4d? Nah.

And as someone else said, it looked really boring. It's just random music + random animation on a building. The only cool thing is that they could project the image on something as big as a building. But that's about it.
