But if something like filming someone in a toilet persists, it could be classed as harassment.

My guess is that it's for some magazine advertising a ballet performer/troupe on their trip to New York. So just take a pic of someone performing ballet in times square.

You really can't tell if he was actually filming her ass or not, considering it was a professional photoshoot the guy might have just been keeping the camera in that position just so they had more angles. He did act like an asshole but if he was actually being professional then they're ruining his shot and making the model more nervous. Then again he could have actually been filming her ass, but it's hard to tell without actually knowing the guy and stuff. :frown:
