I really hate how their only argument is "God did/said it" and they ignore any sort of logic or reason.

not really , it does the job she wants to
her trick is to talk louder than the other person , and to go out of her way to piss off the debater , so that they get incredibly annoyed and take a fit. She also continuosly talks , never stopping if the other debater starts speaking.
To "get back at her" all thunderfoot needed to do was to make sure he talked louder , and when she started her speel of shit he should've just said what he needed to say instead of going "ok... sorry... but listen... but ..."
You got to admire just how obstinate they are. You could put them in a room that's been painted blue, and not only will they insist that the room is red, they'll be smug about their conviction, condemn you of being smug in your conviction that the room is blue, and then say, "well tell that to the guy who painted the room, then we'll see what's what!"
