What's depressing is that Buffalo is really drawn by borderlines. One of the old jokes is, "The quickest way from Africa to Poland... The Bridge to Lackawanna" I could go into a lot of the off-shot names for certain areas, but it's better to say that Buffalo is pretty segregated.
