Firstly, when did we declare him the worst? The worst thing we declared him as is inconsistent in his quality. Sometimes he's OK, sometimes he's bad.
Secondly, him not being the worst doesn't mean he's the best. He's definitely not the best. And before you comment again, you can like him. Liking a reviewer is subjective.
Thirdly, people are allowed to not like him for various reasons. I personally don't like most of his reviews for the skits/plots for the same reason i don't like most reviews that are skit/plot heavy. I personally want a more concise review.
Fourthly, who joins a forum just to bitch out people for simply not liking a video on the internet. It's not like the people in this thread were being assholes. He gets posted here often because a few people here like him. It's just that he's not as popular here as some other sites.
I apologize for my outburst. Here are my reasons...
1. I wasn't talking about you or even most people here (again, sorry for the whole "you people" if that's what you got). Just the people who replied to the dude who said he's smart guy and they replied by saying he's dumb and he isn't that good and it's just opinions. I meant those, especially Todd and the dude who hated the Moulin Rouge episode.
2. When did I say he was the best? I never even said he was good, but I did imply so...but yeah, he has his negatives. And so what if I called him the best? Like you said, subjective.
3. Well, again, subjective. I prefer the more plot thrilled episodes such as Moulin Rouge, Son of the Mask, Scooby-Doo and this one. That's not to say I don't enjoy the non-plot episodes such as Batman & Robin, or many of his earlier ones. And I said bajillion times, whether you like the comedy or not, it is in fact a comedy show and not real review show. Plus Doug has often said he wants the episodes to be more plotfilled whether you don't like it or not.
4. Fair enough, I'm pathetic. It's just that when I read these forums, and people often degrade NC. Not just this video, but the past. It's as if he was terrible before, when in fact he wasn't (okay, again, all opinions). Don't get me wrong, he's had some bad videos in the past, but that doesn't automatically mean he's terrible.
*EDIT*: Another thing, if you want the closest to NC classic/non-skit, Lupa just did a crossover with him on A Talking Cat!?! No skits (except maybe the one at the beginning and end), but it's more of a Lupa episode.
My biggest gripe was how we already know how the story is going to end 30 seconds into Wonderland when she's literally taken by the hand and shoveled into the PROPHECY where you kill the boss with the sword. When you get that lame for storytelling you already know that she is going to do it, no matter how much she says she can't or whatever. Like the most you could have done there was make us actually believe that she couldn't face the boss through actions OTHER THAN just her telling herself that she can't (Not showing the boss for the first time 20 seconds before it dies would be a good start), and then finding some cleverly Wonderland loophole prophecy shit where she technically kills it but through cunning and ingenuity (because that would reflect her at the end when she takes her father's place at the company) and not through putting on a fucking suit of armor and taking it on head-on (because that's boring lazy and dumb).
At the end of the day I'm more of a Brad guy. Brad's awesome.

I love Brad as much as the next guy here, but why does he seem like the only one that even TGWTG haters hate. What makes him so different from the other reviewers?
wow TGWTG fanboys/girls are the fucking worst

Umm what?

I think he meant "TGWTG haters like." And I would guess because he kinda keeps himself from crossovers and doesn't have many sketches.

Yeah that's why I like Brad more. He's not only consistent, but he's funny enough on his own.
