This could of been A LOT worse I realized, the whole time he knew what he was talking about and said everything with a certain confidence.
There are kids that aren't as awkward as this cant go up and and do something like this with this amount of confidence.

I think that's because those kids aren't suffering from a social disorder. They have more of a control switch in what they believe they should say about certain subjects in public, so if you tell them to talk about anime in public they'll probably clam up. This guy, on the other hand, probably has no idea that talking about anime in the way he did and in public is out of the ordinary, so he was able to do it with confidence.
