Don't forget digital-distributed games that are more expensive that normal physical games, physical games with no manual (only a piece of sheet with the controls), the 1$=1€ rule, games that cost 70€ and never lower its price or dumb and paranoid anti-piracy methods that fuck up the user that buys the game legally or puts spyware on your computer (Spore) and rewards the one who cracks the software and doesn't pay for the game.
