Its likely that they used two different models (or animations, idk how they handle ass physics), one for the mask and one without the mask. I'm guessing that they thought Widowmaker's ass was too big and reduced it, but forgetting to do so for the other model.

Sorry but this is an incorrect assumption about how 3D animation works. I'm not ruling out a "weird bug with the rig" but the case you've described isn't the cause.

By increasing the volume of the buttocks, and therefore its active surface area, you can distribute the ammount of butthurt (or β) over a larger contact area, and therefore decrease the amount of butthurt per square centimeter.

I feel like bullet weapons don't really go well with the style they're going with in these shorts. It takes away all sense of danger when these guys are firing hundreds of bullets at each other but you know they can't actually hit because a bullet wound would be too graphic/gory for the animation style.
