It would be seriously fucked up if he did cheat on his wife four times over the last how many years just to make a publicity stunt. If he was going to do it, based on what we know, he would never of had to actually cheat, just put on a sad face. but he actually did hit on people at the discord party during twitch con, as documented by burgerandy
Hitting on is pretty shitty, and does lead one to believe then that he could have cheated. But if it was a stunt, maybe he didn't actually cheat (I mean you can be flirty without going the full way, I get told I'm flirty all the time and I don't even mean to), and just played it all off. But again I'm believing what he said, which is he did.
DrDisrespect made more money in this one stream than I would make in like 5 years Literally over $100k
Goddamn I gotta cheat on my wife more often.
This guy just made so much money from cheating on his wife
Clearly we all could learn a lesson or two from people like him and Tiger Woods [del]and Steel Panther[/del]; the more holes you get into, the better.
DrDisrespect made more money in this one stream than I would make in like 5 years Literally over $100k
Goddamn, I wish I had the technical know-how to stream games. Also the business acumen to get myself noticed. Also charisma, a good personality, or literally any sort of skills whatsoever.
at least we all know how to become famous/get lots of views on youtube/twich, be cunts like the paul's and DrDisRespect
Uhh DrDisRespect had a personal relationship problem that pales in comparison to being an ACTUAL disrespectful person.
Uhh DrDisRespect had a personal relationship problem that pales in comparison to being an ACTUAL disrespectful person.
Cheating's pretty disrespectful dude, regardless of how personal it is. It stopped being personal when everyone found out about it.

I don't understand, why is this a big deal? He's just a video game streamer right?
I am sure he will have Fidelity Investments as a sponsor at this rate.
Lol. He could get a sponsor from that app where cheating partners can hook up, Ashley madison I think it's called
[twitch]BovinePoisedGaurTheTarFu[/twitch] and so it begins
I don't understand, why is this a big deal? He's just a video game streamer right?
he plays a character the whole time, never breaks out of it. he's funny, entertaining and his shows are well produced, with different segments he goes into between games.
[twitch]BovinePoisedGaurTheTarFu[/twitch] and so it begins
so it does [twitch]ArtisticCarefulKumquatPogChamp[/twitch]
so it does [twitch]ArtisticCarefulKumquatPogChamp[/twitch]
I can barely hear the other player in the first video. but what is even going on in this one? Christ, his next few weeks are gonna be rough as shit. Hope he can take it. The internet can get really fucking vile once they forcibly insert their retarded horse in other peoples' races.
his next few weeks are gonna be rough as shit. Hope he can take it
Reckful's 11+4 meme started in 2013 and to this day is still a thing, just saying

He could have very easily just created some in-character reason for taking a break. He could say his big space mansion or stadium or whatever was undergoing massive renovations for this new club of his. I'm pretty sure considering his size and popularity, he still would have pulled big numbers on his return. Maybe not as big as the numbers he got with this whole stunt of his, but big numbers that wouldn't be tainted by controversy. He brought this on himself.

People who go about their day justifying being douches with "they brought it on themselves!" really aren't doing anything to improve the social climate on the internet or in modern society. Fuck that mentality.

The dumb part is that he is a streamer that can achieve 400'000 live viewers, which all are pretty anonymous. Expecting everyone to behave, even though they are anonymous is insanity

If his wife gave him an ultimatum or there was some other "non-retarded" reason, that's fine, but he should clarify that if he's going to keep streaming. Otherwise, all we can go off of is what we know and how things look from our perspective, and how things look is he went on stream to say he cheated on his wife then used that as hype fuel for his return after taking a break. It's not really that far of a stretch to see the string of events as a scummy move to drum up more viewers and money after he took a break from streaming. Until we know otherwise, I think it's very fair to assume he's just kind of a shitty person who used his personal life's drama for monetary gain and that he really did bring this shit on himself. He's one of the biggest streamers on twitch for fuck sake, and I don't think he's unintelligent. He really should have known better. Keeping people in the dark like this isn't helping his situation, and I feel like people defending a guy who cheated on his wife are a whole lot worse than the people taking jabs at him for what he did.

Not one. Why does he owe viewers any "explanation" on why he cheated? Why would an explanation help anything? Do you think there's excuses? Do you really think it would help? This is an angry mob on the internet. What string of events? There was three events, he confessed that he has been unfaithful and went on a hiatus to try to fix things, then he made a trailer for his comeback where it was revealed that his wife will have a character, and then he came back. How do you get to any conclusion based on that? Which part of that was "using the cheating as hype fuel"? the part where he revealed that his wife will have a character? The only hype fuel i'm seeing is his return and there's nothing wrong with hyping up a return from hiatus. Ofcourse he's going to try to make viewers and money. It's his job, and not only his livelyhood, but also his wife's and children's livelyhood. As if they haven't had enough pain, now doc should deliberately not try to make money for the family? Why do you act like doc cheated on you? [editline]7th February 2018[/editline] It's much less me defending the cheater and more of me attacking someone who sticks their nose in somewhere where they really have no right to. Or do you think just because someone did a bad thing you're allowed to do bad things as well?
I've been saying this in some out-of-thread discussions about this topic, but I think it's valuable enough to post here. No matter your opinion on DrDisrespect, what more can he do? He apologized, took time off stream to resolve the issue, and still decided to return to streaming to the countless amount of people who have previously donated and supported him to his spot among the top twitch streamers. What more do you want? Garnish his wages? What else could he possibly do that he hasn't already done in some capacity?

Forsenbajs spamming the chat was brilliant. Also, during the time that twitch went down, the only way you could write in that (yes, it was actually still up) was through a third-party app called Chatterino, and since most of the people using it are Forsenbajs, the chat was filled by the actual face of twitch: [t]http://i0.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/001/336/309/b85.jpg[/t]
It's cool that there's a chat, but I never really understood that lightspeed chat where 100.000 at once are talking to each other. What's the point? Even if I talk to my 5 friends at once it becomes chaos.

While i was first introduced to twitch, i found it chaotic as well but now, even if it was as spammy as in the clip, i still found it readable. Plus, it might be easier to approach it as "a crowd cheering" than an actual chat.

The sheer amount of ignorance on fp regarding relationships is absolutely astounding.
Cheating is not cool, and it will never be. But you people have to calm down a bit, reading this comments makes me feel he killed someone or something so people bash him hard. Also his wife forgived him and they moved on. Also I belive he went on stream becasue he wanted to be honset with his audience and tell the truth. Most people would not do that, and they would deny their actions.
its cool to hate popular figures
