still images are one thing and I often advise against large obtrusive watermarks, but for legit news footage I wouldn't put it out without solid protection. Depending on the location and size of the companies, news outlets can be pretty scuzzy about not asking permission, but getting away with using video content because they just barely attribute the source
I think some of the footage is stunning. I can't believe the city is so far gone. What will they do with all of it when the fighting is over? They'll have to level the entire city just to begin picking up the pieces of this war.

Look at those homes, chances are some of those homeowners are on their way to one of our countries.
Can't blame them in the slightest.

That's not the problem.
The problem is if you overload your refugee system you might be letting in extremists and generally dangerous people. A steady, reasonable number that allows proper screening and background checks is needed.
