That's because that's the only thing they've shown off, they haven't shown off any building destruction other than Levolution yet.
I doubt they will follow through, but you have to be patient.

BF3 was also like this, but it was really fucking weird. Some buildings could be destroyed, some couldn't. some could only have one half destroyed... made no sense.
