I work for UPS. I can confirm when I'm pissed off, it's fun.
Well Anthony, we will see about that.
ITT: Fed Ex workers get themselves fired
I swear the people who load and unload suitcases throw the cases as hard as they can off the plane into concrete then elbow drop it and kick it a few times because I've had multiple cases broken from flying Boo fucking hoo you don't like your job, grow up
Don't worry if your item is broken upon arrival is probably not during the transport. It's probably because of the sorting. When you have hundreds of box to classify employee tend to throw the light-weighted ones or at least push them from the ground so they slide and reach the designated area.
I work for UPS. I can confirm when I'm pissed off, it's fun.
I work for the UPS Store* it's a franchise. I also don't do it to the extent that these guys do. I work at a counter all day. The most I do is slide it on the ground to the back of the store. I don't literally throw things. We are on cameras 24/7 my owner would fire me pretty much on the spot if I did something like that. Although a driver that does work for UPS has told me that he once saw a group of drivers playing football with a package. random fact about the US Postal Service by the way, if you ship something to Mexico they are required to open every box and check if anything inside is made in China. If it is it isn't allowed into the country without the shipper paying 3-4 times the amount the item is worth. In the mean time, they don't even have to call you. They could just steal it, for Postal Service once it leaves the country there is no control over it.
If you guys saw what happened in the backrooms of Target, WalMart and so on you'd crucify us all.
I ordered something and shipped it via FedEx, they lost the package in one of their warehouses and I kept contacting them for 3 months. They refunded me after that. DHL is better and cheaper anyway, had no problems with them whatsoever.
....I actually ordered a lucario plushie from china and no wonder my plushie has never arrived, its been 3 months now and Im still waiting for it xD...got fucking robbed if you ask me.
That's because it's China and ChinaPost/HKPost/SAL are all shitty shipment methods that either: Take 3+ months to arrive or get lost because of customs.
Reminds me of the shitstorm this video caused And this one too If you see stuff like this happening, and you can record it, make sure you get the license plate. Makes it 100% easier to get the person in trouble.
Looks like they're making their job easier by making it harder for the guy that actually has to deliver it. Unless they're just taking it to another facility
The boxes look empty, IMO if that box at 0:13 had something in it, it wouldn't spin around like a frisbee and look weightless. [editline]28th July 2013[/editline] Well some of them do, others look like they may have a little weight to them
Not that this is justifiable, but being a FedEx driver in a major city like that must be the most god-awful tedious job ever
I've seen the delivery person the deliveries from our shop into the back of the van. But then again, we sell shoes.
Not that this is justifiable, but being a FedEx driver in a major city like that must be the most god-awful tedious job ever
my brothers worked for UPS all his life and he moved to NYC for a short while, which also had him change his route, he told me himself it was the worst possible decision he had made in his life thus far
