Thanks mang
The curly-haired dude has the nastiest little peach-fuzz 'stache above his lip I've ever seen.
Its Jack fuckin Black!
I'm contemplating doing a sequel. It would make fun of 12 year old's action movies.
Make as sequel. This is possibly the best thing I have ever seen.
If you do make a sequel, make it a parody of high school and college arthouse films that try to be "2deep4u"
this was awesome :v:
"And..her eyes... just... lit up... like the moon..." the gestures and the weird delivery cracks me up every time
If you do make a sequel, make it a parody of high school and college arthouse films that try to be "2deep4u"
As main writer, I believe I could make that happen
No one has listed off all of it's faults yet. This is surprising.
No one has listed off all of it's faults yet. By god(ot) sir, I just have to say that I love your avatar! The face zooms are priceless. Gif material. Especially the one at 3:50 its soo random and unexplained Even though it was a satire, it made me cringe to the fullest. That girl in the shorts is hot as fuck though.
"oh crap.... gggrggghhhheeeh"
Ok, I started off listing actual faults, then i got a bit distracted. No opening or intro of any kind constant looking at the camera subject of the shot not centered camera constantly moving (no camera stand) forgetting lines and using script during scene near constant snapping between shots of various characters out of focus shots Bystanders walking through scene camera focusing on character who isn't even speaking EXTREME CLOSE UP (WOAAAAAAAAH) Long, slow zoom extended "going to the bathroom" shot getting slightly lost during "going to the bathroom" shot Microsoft movie maker transitions. actors with backs to the camera actors speaking too quietly actors sometimes stop acting, or even paying attention to their fellows, when their lines are over wardrobe majfunction (her shoe fell off, the dude drops his keys...it was FUNNY) One actor cutting off another lenthy pause between end of line and end of shot misreading of lines too much waving "HI matt". And then there was laughter. FOR NO REASON. TORTURED laughter (it's what hell sounds like) sound not equalised properly (Shot where dude gets in car, then shot pans to guy standing in bushes. Worthy of note because it was so funny it actually made me wee a little bit. no lighting in the night scenes, can't see shit captain. body language of actors is WAAAY out he steps up to a guy who just fired a fuck-mothering ROCKET at his car. That's badass. Reacts to punch wrong (JUST LIKE IN THAT FILM) to be fair, the fight scene was ultra realistic. Not lying there. cameramans shadow in shot. And i'm sure he burps at one point. innapropriate music and sound effects. fight scene consists of one, really long, REALLY brutal shot. shot cuts charector off mid-sentance *Nick, yesterday at the restaraunt I was going to tell yo-" "Why didn't you?" "Becau...because YOU where in the bathroom" "oh." I did another wee there. Same action shown twice (taking the ring) Failed hug, arm over shoulder, walk into sunset, turn, "Are we-FIN. (straight up shat myself laughing there) spelling mistake in credits no song in credits (although that could be put down as artistic licence) Dear god that was fun to watch.
You missed the one where other actors, sometimes vital characters, were standing in the backgrounds of scenes they shouldn't have been in
Ok, I started off listing actual faults, then i got a bit distracted. This is the best list. You thought the fight scene was realistic, though? Actually funny story about that fight scene. We got the cops called on us for that scene. A police car pulled in about 30 seconds after we shot that scene.
Someone who knows what they're doing needs to make a decent gif of this My_First_Gif.gif
Fukken saved!
Someone who knows what they're doing needs to make a decent gif of this My_First_Gif.gif
I really hope this goes places on the internet.
Someone who knows what they're doing needs to make a decent gif of this My_First_Gif.gif
Just post it as a reaction image on LMAO pics and it might as well
I think you also missed a few of the small continuity errors and subtle things. For instance, when Max pulls up to the park, you can see my finger over the lens at the bottom left. So convincing dialog. So empathized acting. [editline]10th June 2012[/editline] As in, the two major faults imo. [editline]10th June 2012[/editline] Also, sudden cuts are always pleasant to watch.
I'm a filmmaker too, I accept your challenge! 0:00-0:30: Shit focusing, cutting, moving camera from left to right like you're fucking retarded. Shutter speed too low (shooting in 1/30?), shaky as shit, I thought that the camera operator lost his/her shit and was high on drugs or something and moved the camera up. 0:31-1:00: Random camera movements, people got in the way, stupid zooming, broke the 180 degree rule like it's not even a fucking rule 1:00-beyond: bad camera framing, too much camera shake and movement, used Windows Movie Maker like you're a fucking 10 year old making his/her first ever CoD montage. Yeah, amazing short film, it made me vomit my shit out.
