You know what else? I like how every game is somehow "demeaning to women" despite the fact that a good 80% of the games I have played don't even have female characters, so they can't be killed or anything (which Anita would then 180 and say that it is sexist [I]not[/I] to include those characters and act like women are too weak to be in violent games, which would be the exact opposite of what she said prior simply because it is more twitter-bait farting in the wind). We could talk about the [I]men[/I] are portrayed in games, like how most games have you brutally murdering [I]men[/I] or that every male hero is a buff, generic white guy. But that shit apparently only matters when it is women involved. I won't deny there is sexism in gaming, particularly from the audience, but Anita and her fuckwit followers are giving everyone a feeling of "damned if you do, damned if you don't" because [I]anything[/I] a game dev does in his game is going to get a backlash. They could make a "female empowerment fantasy" where all you do is play and unkillable lady and yet Anita's roving gang of drooling simpletons would still say it is sexist " because it empowers women because women can't be portrayed as weak" or some other nonsense. It all sounds very outrageous and sometimes scary to someone who doesn't know what's going on, and those people probably make up more than 2/3 of their audience.
