Isn't a Code 3 lights & sirens? I never heard anymore sirens and even only a few were even Code 2. Dumbass camera man doesn't know what he's talking about. Yeah, I guess technically by LA law considering the jurisdiction and all, but most of those cops probably don't give a fuck cause to them its just the street in this case. Not sure if LA law is different but I've seen multiple times police being WAY out of their jurisdiction still pulling people over or just their job. A had a wreck here in Cobb county and the officer that assisted me was from Smyrna, which is almost an hour away. PLUS they all did approach the police pretty aggressively almost out of the blue it seemed.
fun fact in california, there's no concept of jurisdiction iirc a LEO with an agency anywhere in california has jurisdiction throughout the entire state technically, they just won't have primary
Yeah just one of those people that values constitutional freedoms and expects cops to follow the law, fuck me right?
can you explain and cite exactly what laws the police offers were breaking when they stopped the guys in the video? this entire thread has just been shit flinging and you've said over and over again that the cops were breaking the law by stopping them, but haven't provided any proof. i'm not saying you're wrong, but what laws exactly were they breaking?
LA has been thru this too many times for people (especially LASD) to still be confused. bicycling on a sidewalk is permitted as long as you do not show “willful and wonton disregard for the safety of persons or property” (LAMC 56.15.1)
Cody your post keep getting more cringe the more I scroll down the thread. Ricky Munday is a horrible person who was locked up and hates cops because he was in the wrong. Onus news is very biased and always cuts his films in order to make the police look bad. Tom Zebra just hates authority period. Didnt you know cops are allowed to do anything because they have a badge? It doesnt matter if he wasnt breaking any laws because hes a no good cop blocker whos also likely addicted to drugs
Wait so it's bad to point out a statute? I'm not understanding your thought process here.

Evidence is still evidence
Ricky munday is the one who was calm throughout the illegal detainment and the video is uncut from both angles. Whats your point?
Did you even watch the video?... The officer are talking about his priors. Please watch before you comment on this video. Evidence of what? It's a terry stop dude! Look it up lol
A terry stop is when cops stop somebody with probable cause or suspicion, of which the cops demonstrate none. A tery stop becomes illegal when theres no probable cause or suspicion and even more illegal when searched
Not bothering with the infinite loop hole of "OH IT'S THIS" "OH IT'S THAT" there's plenty of ways of looking at this. Go back to your addicts lounge bruh
Not bothering with the infinite loop hole of "OH IT'S THIS" "OH IT'S THAT" there's plenty of ways of looking at this. Go back to your addicts lounge bruh
Theres 1 way of looking at it if you consider facts. If this was a terry stop like you claim then there would be probable suspicion and yet... there is none. Unless you can point it out for me, but you seem like you dont know what you're talking about
Fuck outta here with your supreme court nonsense.
"I'm not a sovereign citizen I swear."

I don't see how the behavior of these guys is relevant if they weren't actually breaking any laws.
A terry stop is when cops stop somebody with probable cause or suspicion, of which the cops demonstrate none. A tery stop becomes illegal when theres no probable cause or suspicion and even more illegal when searched
Let's look at what we know here: 1. Someone got pulled over in what appears to be a terry stop, but we can't see any indication as to why on the video. If there was no probably cause or suspicion, then fine, the officers were in the wrong and broke the law. But I don't trust the assertion from the makers of the video off the cuff any more than I trust a press release from Donald Trump. 2. Rather than trying to figure out why the officer pulled him over, these douchebags ride up and instantly begin shouting obscenities the moment they see he's been pulled over, ruining any chance of us figuring out more about the situation. Thus, we have worthless he-said-she-said to go on, and once again, I don't trust these people any further than I can throw them. Fuck, I don't even trust cops particularly and I trust them more than these people.
The funny thing is that if someone wigs the hell out at a cop, they've basically given him probable cause because of suspicious behavior. Why on Earth wouldn't a cop be suspicious if they ask a routine question and someone goes from 0 to apeshit? If the cop does something, like give you a meritless ticket, or destroys your property, take it to court. If it happens constantly, you've got a good case for harassment. Plenty of lawyers would love a well documented case for unjust police harassment to land on their desk. Getting past sovereign immunity is a bitch, but if you actually have a clear cut case to get over that hurdle, a good lawyer is going to be frothing at the mouth in an endless excited blood frenzy at the mere prospect of getting to rip and tear a department to shreds.
lmao fuck off I'm pro cop but this is the worst thing I have ever seen. you know damn well that cops aren't lawyers. they don't know the law any better than you or me.
You're right, it's not like cops aren't trained and educated on this sort of matter.
They were wrong in the way they stopped him. They were wrong to stop him. They should probably get in trouble for doing it. But holy shit these guys are nuts and that Ricky Munday guy is an ass. It's still bullshit they stopped him for riding a bike like that. They shouldn't have started acting like riled up animals though.
"I'm not a sovereign citizen I swear."
It was sarcasm, great catch
It was sarcasm, great catch
"I was only pretending to be retarded."
Probable cause isn't "this guy is suspicious," it's "I have reason to believe a specific crime is being violated"
Poor word choice on my part. It gives them an excuse to look for any thing that could be used as probable cause.
"I know my rights, I know my rights. Am I being detained officer? My tax dollars pay your salary, which technically makes you my bitch. This is a police state, the law doesn't apply to me because I never agreed to them." Does this sound like you or someone you know? Hi I'm Patrick Cox, CEO and fouder of Tax Masters. If you owe the IRS more than $10,000 we can help you negotiate a deal with the IRS, reduce unresolved debts, and protect our clients credit. For ten years our legal team at Tax Masters have successfully negotiated with the IRS using our panted technique. First, we call the IRS and do nothing but scream in their face, this lets them know that we mean business for our clients and asserts our dominance. Secondly, we provide motivational assistance for any IRS agent unwilling to meet our demands by telling them to fuck off and choke on a bag of dicks if they are unable or unwilling to agree to our terms of debt reduction for our clients. Lastly, we provide a free service in which we threaten the IRS with bodily harm and if their oppressive government tactics continue, hire a private detective to 'find out where they live' and send a "settlement package" to their place of dwelling. Our services have been proven to save our clients tens of thousands of dollars. If you're the victim of an IRS audit or owe thousands in back taxes don't wait. Call today or your money back guarenteed. [img_thumb]https://i.vimeocdn.com/video/118096182_1280x725.jpg[/img_thumb]
I'm not big on cops, buy my god cody8295, the fuck is wrong with you.
i honestly used to think cody was okay, see him a lot in durgz discussion but holy shit i cant wait to see a video of him trying out some cop-blocking
You generalizing every cop blocker as a view whoring youtuber is like saying all cops are bad.
Hell, by its very fucking nature these types of videos exist solely as a way for someone to show how they stood up against the man or whatever. Almost all if not all of them exist for the express purpose for likeminded individuals to congregate and say "fuck the police". There is little to no educational benefit to any of this garbage. Grow the fuck up.
