'course, due to the way Doom handled its levels, if you didn't bother with saving then dying sent you all the way back to square one which made it horrible for co-op. And that map [i]hates[/i] things like Project MSX, Brutal Doom or so forth.

Something that I wondered since I first saw this video was, what if you toggled noclip?
Surely there are large chunks of the game where you can utilize bunnyhopping to be faster than a pure noclip. Turning it on and off would actually make for some very interesting pathing choices.
^That's like...a whole other area of speed running just waiting to be created.
