That's stupid as fuck, I'd never buy a new one then. Not that I would be able to any time soon anyways I'm dirt poor.

Worst thing is, people paint their cars like their call of duty guns, they are always youtube stars (normal people who found some stupid-ass thing that an extremely dumb population of people like) then they paint them like that thinking it's cool, it's just a good way of finding out who is completely useless in society.
automatics are pretty consistently better than manuals these days. clutches are nice for certain forms of hoonery but for just track use a semi-auto or full manual valve body auto wins every time
You can't get new Lambos with manuals. The last manual Lambo was a special edition Gallardo.
My bad it was a Gallardo in the video so I thought it was one of the older models that was manual.
How much would a car like that cost?
I'd rather have a Tesla.

~$200,000, its expensive as fuck but its the lower end of prices as far as lamborghinis go.
He bought an automatic lambo? Oh my god what a waste
its probably part manual and auto like most modern cars. The manual is there if you need extra oomph in certain situations and the auto is there for normal city travel.
Y'know, semi-autos aren't that bad...
(its at least a semi-auto right?... not a full auto??...)
Yeah, lamborghinis have paddle shifters if you want to do manual iirc, but the rest of the time it's auto.
eh, if I was going for a supercar the Audi R8 is both more affordable, less prone to horrifying maintenance issues, sexier, and still comes in a manual version with an incredible clutch/transmission.

caranddriver said it better in their review of the 2014 R8
The Audi R8 has always been a starter supercar, a toe into the high-g waters. It doesn’t wear an exotic badge, and it won’t trigger too many adverse assumptions about your manhood. Other supercars are riskier, wilder, more dangerous, less defensible. They test you by draining their batteries while at rest in the garage. They demand that you regularly remove the engines for new spark plugs. Just how invested are you in the whole supercar lifestyle, anyway? Do you even own an Ed Hardy shirt?
Indeed, most supercar owners are more like zookeepers than drivers. Actually driving one is the rare reward for all the feeding, protecting, and preening. The R8 isn’t like that, though. For all of its lofty perform•ance and aluminum construction, it behaves pretty much like a normal Audi. Lovers of Italian metal often find the R8’s restraint a shortcoming. We don’t.
I don't understand the appeal of these cars.

listen to the appeal of the most logical supercar

So the guy replaced the rims thank god, but he also got a fucking custom fitted stereo system in his car.
This guy just screams douchebag through and through.

The R8 is a supercar that doesn't try to be one.
I love it.
Anyway this guy is a tool but honestly expect that from anyone in the fifa scene.
But who cares, his money and it makes him happy so whatever. :v:

a BMW M6 is the way to go for supercars. people don't think of them as such for some reason even though they're capable of 200 mph and 0-60 in 4 seconds or better.
the only reason I got rid of my M6 and moved to more sensible things like my 400 horsepower pickup truck or my geo metro with a turbo out of an SRT-4 Neon (rip) is because doing an oil change myself cost $140 (it took 9 quarts of 10w60 because supercar) and I was spending $1400 on tires every 5 months
I could afford the payments, I could afford the insurance. maintenance fucking killed me with that thing
but boy did that V10 sound great
a BMW M6 is the way to go for supercars
Likely because it's a BMW and the badge is commonly associated to high end sedans driven by total fuckshites.
Same with Mercs, except they'll fall apart after 2 years or 10k miles.
If I had that kind of money the Tesla P90D would be first on my list. Upgraded, it's 0-60 is 2.8 seconds and it's fully electric.

Yeah, but I really like the way the R8 looks and how the inside is setup more. Not a big fan of BMW's either, but with either make you're in for some fun maintenance costs. Cheaper than the "true" supercars, yes, but still foreign.
I have a fully paid off 94 Ford Ranger XLT. I'm in college too. I think I'll keep what I have, and tbh while I can understand those who do put that sort of money into a car I don't enjoy driving enough to justify it. I'd rather buy an older car I had to restore or an aircraft if i ever get my license.

audi has the same association.
when I think merc I think drug dealer's car

Nah man, drug dealers drive maseratis, the only people who drive Mercedes are shallow douchebags who have no taste in cars.
You can't get new Lambos with manuals. The last manual Lambo was a special edition Gallardo.
Why would you ever do that
Don't the kind of people that buy these cars live and breathe to shift gears
What a fucking blowhard douchebag. Buys a supercar for the hell of it and then doesn't pay attention or care enough to wreck rims.
All of this for playing a freaking fifa game on youtube. I really feel jealous of some of these youtubers and their excessive wealth.
He makes enough money playing video game soccer to buy a FUCKING LAMBORGHINI
Meanwhile here I am going to university trying to better myself but going deeper into debt when I could have been raking in the cash playing video games all day.

This video wasnt enough he had to throw in the fucking segway thing too.
I watched 5 seconds and I already wanted to uppercut the guy.
is that casey neistat's long lost brother
This video wasnt enough he had to throw in the fucking segway thing too.
I'm pretty sure those stupid things just get handed out to anyone remotely popular on Youtube / Vine
They cost around $200 each from China, then they're rebranded and sold for $500+
Why would you ever do that
Don't the kind of people that buy these cars live and breathe to shift gears
Loads of people buy the fucking things as status symbols, not because they actually want to go fast, just look like they want to go fast.
Besides, in a decent car the auto shifting shouldn't be too sluggish. And any modern car (even my tiny ass Smart ForTwo) has a manual mode you can turn on at the push of a button and just totally ignore the ECU with. It'll complain about you shifting funny no doubt, but it'll fucking shift.
Who is this guy? Never seen him before
This video wasnt enough he had to throw in the fucking segway thing too.
they're called swagways
SWAGWAYS
Imagine the amount of worthwhile shit you could buy if you sold that car.
"I'm not that good of a driver"
buys a V10 Lamborghini and scrapes the rims
christ this guy's gonna kill someone let alone damage his car

To give some credit to the guy, he was driving a new car (with a completely different wheelbase and track size to his previous car) in a country with notoriously narrow roads. Pretty much every car you see in the UK has scratched rims because it's easy to curb it pulling out of small roads with sharp turns, or in ridiculously narrow streets - something I don't think most American drivers can appreciate, as your roads are about half a mile wide. He should have taken more care, but you can see how it's easily done.
