Im shocked, I eat junkfood all the time mostly beceuse I dont gain weight at all. This scared me. Need to eat some more healthy just wow..
This is the biggest misconception people have. People are so caught up with their outward appearance, they completely forget about what they look like on the inside. You don't gain weight? Well, take a few minutes to think of where all that fat and grease is going.
You don't have to eat "completely" healthy (IE vegetarian diet), what you do need is a good exercise routine, and it has to become a part of your lifestyle. You've got to want to change, because exercise is a lifestyle, not just something you do every now and then. You'd have to incorporate it into your every-day routine. A jog in the morning or evening 4 times a week, going to the gym, swimming, etc etc.
For fuck sakes, I have milkshake and a cinnamon swirl waiting to be eaten on my desk.
Now I don't want to :(
That was honestly really cool. I mean, technology these days. We can cut a person open, then actually go inside of their veins and pull out fat deposits. Insane. I really love the way technology has progressed and the incredible ways we have learned to unfuck ourselves from health issues.
I wonder when you wake up there is a sensation in your veigns of emptiness or releaf must feel nice

Having a solid chunk like that in your veins must not feel good period
I just imagined the feeling of that being pulled out of me.
Oh god why.
They just keep pulling out more and more and more and oh my god.
Oh fuck. Shit.
I'd start exercising, but I have very little free time. Hopefully getting a job will change that.

How will getting a job give you more free time?
This takes a long time to honestly happen but you can prevent through daily or at least most of the days work outs.
And eating salads.
Doing both of those has helped out a lot, except for my actual fat. It doesn't seem to want to leave.
It's funny how people act when they see something like this.
"I think I'll eat healthy from now on"
Stop kidding yourself and eat that burger.
I know that fp looks down on vegans, but this is just one of the many things you typically don't need to worry about if eating a vegan diet. Vegetarianism just doesn't cut it, you need to stop ingesting the animal fats and such to save yourself from fat buildups. Of course exercise comes into play as well.
Why was it so.. satisfying to watch it :(
What's wrong with me?
It's like when you pull a really big booger out of your nose. I wonder if he felt any better after that
Having a solid chunk like that in your veins must not feel good period
My guess is that it would feel uncomfortable, but you would also lose sensitivity in your muscles do to the restricted blood flow.

No I don't.

Lo and behold the vegan master race.
Veganism is in no way, shape, or form, superior to having a well balanced diet, and if you're exercising regularly then it doesn't matter at all.
The problem isn't animal fats; the problem is over-indulgence in unhealthy food.
Two unhealthy lifestyles, just on the opposite spectrum of each other.
Brb going for a jog.

get a load of this guy, I really don't want to use any stereotype shit but come on, posted from a mac
To save yourself from fat buildups you're supposed to burn the calories away before they become fat buildups, which means working out regularly, or if you don't eat a lot just not have a sedentary lifestyle.
Meat has a ton of stuff that's good for you, including, in small amounts, animal fat. You just have to balance it out with physical activity (and of course not eat three steaks for every meal or something like that)
I'm fine with vegans and their alternate lifestyle and such but I'd rather not have a calcium/protein/iron deficiency I'd have to treat with supplementary pills. And tbh I like veggies but I wouldn't give up meat.

Yeah, it is fucking cool they could just pull that out. But what would be even cooler is if we all knew how to make the tiny lifestyle changes to completely avoid these health problems.

We do know, we just don't want to.

More like stop kidding yourself and put down that burger.
oh god i started gagging when he began tugging
This really shows how bad of an organ the heart is, the reason there's so much fat on the heart is that our cardiac muscle can't produce energy using glucose so it has to use fatty acids, which creates a whole load of problems.
Does anybody have any other videos? I want to scare myself into taking this all seriously. I figure if I force myself to watch the same videos once a day I'll start doing healthier things with my life. Part of the problem has been from not thinking about the issue or not taking it seriously, so videos like these are always a great reminder to myself.
More motivation to try going to the gym I guess.

You could look up some keywords like "atherosclerosis" and "arthery fat buildup" on youtube. I got this off r/popping, which is a nice place to visit if you're not eating and want to start cleaning your skin a lot more.
Oh man, that string of fat he pulled out would make a great hotdog topping, just pop it in the microwave for a bit to get it nice and melty, add some salt. Mmmmm

On a serious note, I too eat, but don't gain wait. Im sure its all going to my heart. Fuck.
How will getting a job give you more free time?
Yeah, that makes no sense. Maybe you mean your job is the exercise?
Someone asked it earlier but wasn't answered fully, does this happen to everyone regardless of fitness when they eat something like this and depending on their body it can stay or go?
How will getting a job give you more free time?
No homework, and shorter days than at school.

And the job I'm looking for is physically challenging too.
