Didnt think it was honestly all that good but man some of yall are living under rocks if you didnt recognize at least some of this stuff
cringe fest, jesus christ
mkbhd is having fun
interesting to see how big youtube really is when there's a ton of content creators with millions of subs that I've never heard of
At least Rhett and Link were there. I can't think of another channel that would be more qualified to be in the rewind videos. Very non controversial and all ages content
I'm so out of touch with these darn kids
2013 version still no.1
The lyrics make no fucking sense. Like they're singing about being your own boss in English and then it's Spanish.
Jesus, this tries too hard to be too many things.
Kinda sad no one wore a robbie rotten thing or something, that shit is all over the place
that's not a normie meme

it's a mashup of hit songs from the year so it makes sense
I fucking hate Dan and Phil, just seeing them makes me want to gouge my eyes out..
I'm happy MKBHD was in it though, I really like his content.
(Kinda surprised that the Pewds was there though.)
normies ruined the internet
free mkbhd from the YOUTUBE CUBE
it was p ok tbh, know like half the things in it so its coo i guess
this is what Dan (Dan and Phil) was doing 9 year ago. i watched the rewind and saw him and had no idea he still did youtube until now.

This shit just makes me feel old.
For a website I've been on since the beginning, I don't recognize at least 95% of the people in this video.
Just realized the "normal guy has a chill day" and Scott Sterling are in this.
Cool Guy is not in this at all. Those are those shitty dancing mannequins that copied the fuck out of Cool Guy
We need a Cool Guy 3 to fight the Mannequin menace
I'm too old for this shit
Edit: Someone mentioned it above also
Is this a "Cool Guy" reference or something I didn't know of from this year?

After what happened to Mr. Funk, I fear for them.

I saw something like this on reddit. May or may not be what that's referencing.

i recognized half of the people in that video
but goddamn is it still cringey either way. at least the people had fun in it i suppose, and if what phillip defranco is the truth, fuck them for trying to impose that shit on people like that.
this also seemed super awkward to watch because to me it feels so out of touch with the average viewer.
it almost feels as if i'm watching those collab videos with +50 super star celebrities trying to spread a message or do something together as if they can relate to the average joe which despite how much they try, they can't.
i'm glad idubbbz/h3h3/frank and associates aren't in that. despite their flaws i feel more connected to their content then most of the people in that video - could just be me but yea
the Mannequin Head thing originated from this chick's videos on Vine / Twitter / Tumblr / Instagram so I don't know why YouTube is showing it
Also I genuinely LOVED the first YouTube Rewind song stuff. Gangnam Style and Call me Maybe and yeah those songs are incredibly annoying but I feel the video was a great collaboration and p. much everyone knew p much everyone in the video
And every year they just get shittier and I just cry a little
Dunno if I just didn't look hard enough, but the only thing I recognized was the little Hydraulic Press Channel skit
Every year these videos turn more and more into mashups of everything I hated about the past year
remember when fred hit a million subs?
I recognised a buncha people and things that I've seen, and then everyone is like, fuck are those people/references??
I didn't know they still made these, the only one that was any good was 2012. This video style is so outdated it just looks like a bunch of hipsters trying to be cool.
this bubbly kids network hip'n'cool appeal that every company is trying to push now is seriously grating.
