Comparing GTAIV isn't even fair, man. You couldn't pick a more unoptimized piece of shit except for maybe AC: Unity and the STALKER series.

Why is it called next gen when PS4 and Xbone are now current gen? Like they've been our for almost a year now. Unless I'm seeing PS5 and XBtwo gameplay it isn't next gen
i think the next gen is considered to be ps4/xb1 till the old platforms finally die off

No game requires only A certain CPU or Operating system,To run at High Settings it will require a decent rig but nothing specific.

I think he meant that it will require i7 equivalent cpu. As for OS, yes many games require certain OSes to run.

The 360/ps3 are still more prominent really so I'd still call the ps4 and xbone next gen/new gen

there is a setting to make cover go back to third person mode.
