The show was actually really really good until the last few seasons. It had like, lessons, and morals, opinions and points and all the like and did in a satirical, ironic way that pointed out how stupid stuff was.
Now really it's just random humor, working current events into the episodes for the sake of doing it, or pointless and basic plotlines.

Hm. It was okay. Don't South Park episodes usually have some sort of moral or lesson taught by the events of the episode's storyline and revealed at the end by a speech from a character? Didn't see that here. I'm disappointed with the voice actor they hired for Billy Mays, surely they could have done much better. The Ghost Hunters piss-taking was amazing, but some scenes just dragged on without a point and the humor just isn't as subtle or ironic as it used to be. I think they also could have exploited Billy Mays' appearances for more than just advertising his normal products. For example, the line he yells at another passenger with is amazing.
How many times can they make fun of Michael Jackson, anyway? He's been in a lot of episodes so far...

Yeah because the moral jokes generally weren't funny. Everything leading up to the moral was funny but the moral usually wasn't.

Well,t he lack of moral makes it just another string of crappily-written humor. At least when they had morals they actually thought about things and made it entertaining. Now it's just...well, almost on par with Family Guy. Just throw in some random, off topic tales now and again.
