So YouTube is changing again (this time its MAJOR!) - General

You can watch unlisted videos using the browser beneath videos, y'know, [I]the ones you aren't supposed to be able to see unless you have the link[/I]. Unlisted videos show up in the suggestions too. I am absolutely pissed about this.

I like: - Avatars on comments page makes it much easier to recognize people - Big "thumbnails" on profile page put the videos into the foreground and make them more important than the subscriber/friend-count and other bullshit - Changing the size of the video I don't like: - Unoriginal design (everyone tries to copy that) - Video control bar on video page hidden and when visible it's on top of the video - Facebook-like "Like" beneath a comment instead of some easy to see symbols and a +x/-x rating - The bar with the other videos from the same author always visible, it's very distracting - Video description very small and even less noticeable (more "what song is that at x:xx" comments) - They could spend their time on fixing more serious issues such as the video loading every time again when the page reloads instead of changing the design again

Since this is optional for the time being, does anyone know if you have it enabled other people see your channel as the new layout, but others as the old?

You can't select to watch individual videos from a channel anymore. They have to be watched as part of the uploads playlist, which makes reading the description even harder.

Love how it keeps saying there was an error saving my changes to my channel, even if I haven't designated any changes.

I actually kind of like it. The thumbnails for the suggested videos are a bit big, but that's my only major complaint.

I like the new Video Size feature for watching videos. You can click the max size rectangle and it automatically sets it to highest resolution as well as obviously the video being larger. Other than that, as long as I can access my Subscriptions with ease. I don't really care what else they do to Youtube.

I like it, but the feedback thing on the left is annoying.

I love the new channel layout, and the video page is pretty cool now. It looks kind of Hulu-esque.

Where did channel comments go

youtube, it looks nice and all but it's not really necessary to change it up don't fix what isn't broken. focus on fixing stuff like the comment reply system how the fuck do I see the comment that this guy is replying to

hey youtube hey, listen youtube seriously, remove thumbs up, do that and I'll 100% fully support this, no matter how shit the profile page looks i mean comments, not videos change the ratings back to stars

I really like it, i've been using it all morning.

I like it. It's still taking me some time to get used to the new profile pages but yeah it's pretty nice.

I'm a fan too, although it's not ideal on a small screen, it gets the job done and the browsing without losing the video is good too.

I like it better, plus I'll keep it like this, but its also part of the labs so your a fuckin nob for thinking that this is definitive.

They need to remove the whole comment rating thing.
