I'm glad he's rushing his way through Xen. There isn't much there for him to comment on.
i feel like i was the only one who didnt hate xen?
I still want Freeman's Mind Across the Universe to happen.
it would be nice to see some more Civil Protection when he's done with this
tbh I love pretty much all of his series His Game Dungeons are always incredibly interesting, even if it's a game you'd never want to play yourself he always goes really deep into it and says some really interesting stuff.
Man, why do people enjoy comedy?
But.. This isn't comedy? it's just a guy with a dull boring voice, pretending to be freemans mind??? I mean half the time he is just droning on his monotone voice, and the other half he is saying things that I'm not sure if I should be laughing at I have a pretty good sense of humour, but this is so dry it's hard to tell sometimes if what he is saying is a punchline or just him just being freemans mind.. Bah, it just seems pointless to watch

Back to his promise to get it done before the end of the year, will he manage to power through it with such a short amount of time left until the end of this year?
I’ve seen some continued skepticism that I won’t get through Freeman’s Mind before the end of the year. I’ve mentioned this in the forums, but anyone is free to bet against me if you think I won’t make it. Just use the Donation Page and put in the Paypal subject that it’s a bet. If I don’t make the deadline, I’ll double your wager.
is he still just putting out the backlog from the machinima kerfuffle or is he actually working this fast? he could be done before christmas at this rate depending on how many walls he climbs
I have a pretty good sense of humour
There's no such thing. Sense of humour is completely subjective.
The thing is, if he DOES do Freeman's Mind for HL2, will he have to ignore the part where Kliener directly mentions recharging the suit's power using combine thingies considering he has turned off the UI entirely?
i'm pretty sure he said he's not going to do HL2 because it's more narrative driven. whereas HL1 just sort of dumps you right into the action

But then again 'Freeman' skimlistens, if that's even possible, through a lot of stuff to begin with, so it wouldn't be surprising.
i'm pretty sure he said he's not going to do HL2 because it's more narrative driven. whereas HL1 just sort of dumps you right in, which isn't a bad thing
I'm pretty sure he said at one point that he was thinking about just starting with HL2 back when this all began, since there would be more chances to make clever jokes than in HL1 due to the narrative and the dialogue.
There's no such thing. Man, I don't mean to sound up my own ass with that comment but it is coming off a little like that. Either way, I enjoy my humour..
At the rate he's releasing these, we might need a megathread.
