and if anything its underrated, its an amazing game, I never felt so much terror being above ground, usually its the opposite.

Agreed, I especially liked all of the little details in this game, like how you can pump your air guns and charge your batteries yourself, in addition to all of the ways of getting through situations. Most of the time, what I've found in most games with stealth elements is that there's a lot of alternate routes and such at the beginning of the game, and as the novelty wears off it becomes more and more linear. With Metro 2033 there's always another way around. :3:
