I just remembered that Volition cut a lot of homies from SR4 that were all killed in previous Saints Row games like Lin, Phillipe, and Vogel. Am I the only person that thinks the new map looks like it has some similarities to Mission Row from Saints Row 2? Could explain a bit more about Vogel being there.
