Anyone catch "C'mon Bitch!?, You want to live forever?" reference.
I love it how in the boss "battle" you need to kill 3 guys on railed slow-mo and press a button to kill the final boss.
I was joking to myself that they would do a slow mo shootout at the end while a friend is downed. Then they did it.
you are aware that happens with almost every story/game ever. unless it doesn't have a happy ending.
In newer games, yes. In older games, your whole side won the war. It wasn't some guy that suddenly was all alone, and ended up killing the enemy leader. Things hardly go that way. Bin Laden, yeah, but that war wasn't at the same intensity as they make it in games. That war is also still going on. Point is, killing one man doesn't necessarily even solve your problem. Either ways, forces on both sides will get the news later. This can cause the fighting to continue days after the death of someone's leader. Also "every story/game ever" is kinda roughly seen. We have pretty much all games based on real wars.

Tears rolled down my face and i almost fell out of my chair when this happened
Must be really cool for the fans. Nice of them to do something for fun. On the other hand the actual ending is "oh so dramatic" it's almost a parody of itself.
It's like they realized how corny their campaign was and tried to play along with it.
Man, I don't understand what people see in these games anymore. The level looked boring as hell, enemies looked almost the same as your allies and it all ended in a slow-mo shooting of three enemies (where one of them looked like old Putin). The only difference I saw was some enemies had cloak and character detail was a bit better. Also, Menendez... Because Mendez is too mainstream.
God that AI. What is this, 2000.
That ending sums up everything that's wrong with Call of Duty, Activision and the industry in general. [editline]6th November 2012[/editline] Okay well not everything but it's bad enough as it is.
lmao call of duty is a fucking joke
When there's Avenged sevenfold in the game you know for sure its marketed for 12 year olds
I'm very, very, very happy that everyone agrees on this point these days
I like how even the player couldn't figure out who was an enemy and who was friendly. He shoots at his teammates way too many times.
Holy shit this is corny as fuck.

Like....I can't even comprehend how....or why...you would put...this...into the ending....why? When I was watching the trailers for this before I thought "ok, ok, I'll give it one more chance" lol but no.
This is like, at the end of Half-Life 2, Blink 182 appears at the end of the credits and plays a concert for the rebels.
When I was watching the trailers for this before I thought "ok, ok, I'll give it one more chance" lol but no.
Because of some little thing they put in as an easter egg after the credits? That's just stupid.
Hey guys, remember timesplitters 3 and how it had cortez dancing in the credits? Yeah, that game fucking sucked! But seriously guys, the fact that you guys are complaining about a clip in the credits which plays a song that is made specifically for the game, and that isn't tied to the story in any way, is a tad silly.

The former made sense or at least had a reason for happening, the latter is tacked on and feels more like a promotion for the celebrity than anything relevant to the universe they're supposed to be in.
That drummer looks so lifeless, his torso stays in one spot while his arms move like serpents
I who thought it couldn't get more teen angsty.
Well, at least they know BO2's fanbase. foREVer <3

I watched the concert segment. It's at the end of the credits and I remember few games in the long past did something goofy with their characters, too. So I don't mind it at all compare to some other things I saw in the video.
You know, I don't even care all that much that it's a stupid cameo, I actually care about how dull and sort of empty the final mission and ending is.
The cod hate has gone from legitimate criticisms to full on bandwagoning at this point.
Funny but not as good as Nixon, Kennedy, McNamara and Castro fighting the undead.
