People like this are generally causing more trouble for themselves than is actually needed, if they just do what the cop asks, and accept the ticket, everything would go smoothly. Granted it does suck getting ticketed, but its the law and ignoring someones authority by being a jackass and spouting laws at a cop is not the way to go about it.
