Im not gonna bother arguing against the law but i think its excessive violence
Considering the first guy was refusing to offer any documentation and that his rhetoric pegged him as the sovereign citizen type, the reaction is mostly justified. He refused to give up documentation, which means he is being placed under arrest and he is dealing with a group of people considered to be the most dangerous group to police officers. In a case like this, where it could literally mean life or death over a traffic stop, refusing to tolerate bullshit like that is properly justified, both by law and practicality. Keep in mind, this guy was also going almost 20 mph over the speed limit, there's virtually no ground this guy can stand on, constitution or not.
And for good reason.
And this is why sovereign citizens should be shot on first sight with prejudice, preferably in public too just like this incident.
YOU'VE BROKEN MY WINDOW I DO NOT CONSENT lol [editline]14th July 2015[/editline] Do these dickheads not realise that resisting this much just gives the police reason to believe they're fucking hiding something?
I couldn't even continue the entirety of the first clip. "Am I driving?" "Yes sir" "No I'm not I'm traveling and I don't need a license to travel." Dude, really?
lol those two fucking australian dickheads. Run off during a breathalyzer, run from cops, and then ask "Am I under arrest?"
Why would anybody think that yelling I DO NOT CONSENT stop an officer from doing his job? Can anyone name one time this actually worked? Just one!
I know it has been said already but I have to anyway, the cop from the first clip is my fucking hero. The way he just used his hands to take out that window was awesome. And, I can't stop laughing at how emotionless the cop with the taser is when he takes down the guy with the camera trying to walk in to speak with the prosecutor. He had the best no-fucks-given look I've ever seen.
Heres a German dude getting pulled over (in the usa) for no reason
A few years ago I was out drinking with some friends, I was being an idiot and did a full sieg heil goosestep down a public street and some cops saw. Despite being quite drunk and a complete idiot, I just gave them my ID, answered their questions and tried to be as co-operative as possible, so they let me off scot-free. Be nice to cops, they don't want to fuck up someone who isn't being hostile.
I love the 2nd guy screaming like he's getting raped "HELP, HELP, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP" [editline]14th July 2015[/editline]
I love the 2nd guy screaming like he's getting raped "HELP, HELP, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP"
To be honest I don't feel a bit of sympathy for these people, they got what they deserved for being smartasses. Just comply and it'll be fine instead of trying to be some edgy anarchists.
Why are all of these people some possible college age potheads thinking they are above the law. Do all of this generations retards come from that specific pool of early-mid 20s college hippies?
Im not gonna bother arguing against the law but i think its excessive violence
If you get caught speeding and refuse to get out the car they can use force to get you out.
"Driving is a privilege not a right" Amen to that.
Does the first guy get pulled out of his window and thrown on the ground? :v:
That guy trying to get into the courtroom. He just walked into a tazer. Oh my.
Jesus christ, I feel bad for that kid in the back of the car.
Fuckin' white people.

Today I was pulled over by a traffic control cop. He was pretty polite. I was missing a sticker on my front window that is mandatory here. He told me that I should put it on the next chance I get because it's important, wished me a nice holiday and let me go.
See? Police are just ordinary people trying to get through their life
Jesus shit fucking christ what is wrong with these goddamn people, I get stopped for a routine breathalyzer test like every other night when coming back from work, all that happens is I blow into the thing, the cop waits a few seconds then wishes me a good night and I drive off, why do you gotta be such an asshole to someone just doing their job
Sovereign citizens are the single strongest argument against the right to bear arms in the United States These people really should not be able to possess firearms, they're fucking terrifying. I've seen these whackos walking around holding AR15s and shit acting like there's nothing unusual about it. Like I own an AR15, I'm not scared by the sight of one in public, but these people don't keep them on slings or anything. It's genuinely concerning.
When that one police officer smashes the truck-drivers window you can see another police officer behind him holding up a phone, most likely taking a video as well. :v:
Declaring oneself as a sovereign citizen should be grounds to be stripped of citizenship. Also, you're automatically enrolled for citizenship of North Korea, just so you can get a bit of perspective.
I feel bad for that cop who pulled over that guy in the truck. He seemed really cool and then the moron had to not answer his simple question. Same thing with those troopers with that checkpoint in Illinois. These people are fucking dumb.
Memory serving he was one.
He wasn't a sovereign citizen, he was an anarchist. Both ideologies are naive, but they aren't the same thing
When that one police officer smashes the truck-drivers window you can see another police officer behind him holding up a phone, most likely taking a video as well. :v:
The officer says himself that "I'm is recording as well," in reference to his partner.
these cops are actually kinda badass
What's up with these folks and "I DO NO CONSENT" and "AM I DETAINED?"? Do they like, actually believe that policemen are robots, and screaming codewords at them will turn them off, or overload them or some shit? Or do they see it as a sort of twisted BDSM action going too far and those are safewords? The desperation with which they scream those words at the top of their lungs, prior to being tazed, man. They must really believe this stuff works.

i feel bad for that cop dealing with the trucker. he was so nice when introducing himself to the guy, but then has to deal with the most insufferable asshole of all time
I think it's hilarious that the FBI is considering these guys as "A bigger domestic threat than ISIS" when these guys can't even get a sentence out without their bowels emptying.

They must really believe this stuff works.
Some of their logic does make sense but they use it in the completely wrong way. Like, if I got pulled over for a speeding ticket and I complied to all of the officer's instructions but then he was like "I am going to conduct a search of your person and vehicle" you really could say no to that if there truly are no signs of probable cause (example, if the officer thinks I'm smoking pot when I know for a fact I have not). I wouldn't because I have nothing to hide but some people have a serious hate boner for that stuff and would rather complicate things and piss off an officer and make shit take longer than it should.
I think it's hilarious that the FBI is considering these guys as "A bigger domestic threat than ISIS" when these guys can't even get a sentence out without their bowels emptying.
These guys aren't the threats, it's the ones who riddle cops with bullets at traffic stops for pulling them over because they think they have some right to do so.
