I posted this in the comments, but I'll share here too.
My guilty pleasure game would have to be Quantic Dream's "Heavy Rain". There was just so much wrong with it, from the HUGE plot holes, to it being set in America, but voiced by french actors, to some QTE situations that upon looking back, were really silly. Still. Every few months I shove that disc into my PS3 and* play through it again. And who can forget "Press X to Jason/Shaun"?

Also with this episode i felt like i was watching a tv show more than an internet show. I think it's the quality of the video and that's a good thing.
Glad you liked it! I wanted to come up with a uniform look for my Top 5 videos. I got a little carried away, but I think it was all for the best.
I really love the guest pick idea, very interesting. Also I really like Yungtown, so that was a bonus too.
Yeah, this is probably going to be a regular feature of my list videos. I like the idea of having a second opinion in there, and it gives me the chance to collab with cool people, as well as raise attention of under-appreciated channels.

Fuck, dude. You do not know how much this creeped me out. Just yesterday I got the random desire to watch My Shiny Teeth and Me. Fuck.
I liked Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 on the PSX. That shit was awesome back then.
Dude that's back when THPS was awesome. No need for that to be a guilty pleasure game, those games rocked.
Does Yungtown live near you? If he does, you should get him in a stream with you sometime, that would be fucking great.
This is not an impossibility.
My guilty #1 guilty pleasure would be runescape too, I really don't want to like it but I just keep going back to it. Also, that nostalgia from Sea Shanty2.
Name that song by name, motherfucker, NAME IT!!! SEA SHANTY 2 YEAAAAHHH But seriously, best song in the game.
I'm suprised you like tennis. I've been playing real tennis for 2 years now and I'm quite good at it. I can give you tennis lesson if you want. :3
He forgot super deep throat.
Too guilty~
Name that song by name, motherfucker, NAME IT!!! SEA SHANTY 2 YEAAAAHHH But seriously, best song in the game.
my mom even remembers that song from everyone in the house playing runescape so often years ago
Pokemon Puzzle League is probably my favorite guilty pleasure game. Always the first game next to Star Fox that I play when I hook up my N64.
My guilty pleasure was Ty the Tasmanian tiger. Did anyone else actually play that?
My guilty pleasure was Ty the Tasmanian tiger. Did anyone else actually play that?
YES God damn you made me want to dig into my closet for this game. I gotta find it.
Pokemon Puzzle League is probably my favorite guilty pleasure game. Always the first game I play when I hook up my N64. Well that and Star Fox.
Star Fox is no guilty pleasure, son.
Star Fox is no guilty pleasure, son.
Ah i wasn't saying it was. I was saying it was one of the first games I play when I set up my 64, that and Pokemon Puzzle League.
Illbleed, man. What a horrible game. Horrible voiceacting, horrible combat mechanics... but man, everything about it makes me love it.
My guilty pleasure was Ty the Tasmanian tiger. Did anyone else actually play that?
Played and beat all three.
I have the guiltiest of all pleasures... I enjoy Deus Ex Invisible War Please don't hurt me
my guilty pleasure is maplestory. i revisit it every so often. i don't like what they've done to it recently, but from what i remember it was a pretty cool game, i always thought a side-scroller MMORPG was a cool idea. it's really grindy and gets boring fast, though, pretty similar to runescape i guess. also the music is fucking great.
Oh brutalmoose, never change.
I just noticed the Ready Player One in the background of the Bug Island video. That book was baller as FUCK. The 2112 chapter solidified my opinion that it is in my top 10 books ever made.
I couldn't agree more with Runescape, that game was my childhood all throughout elementary.
My guilty pleasure is definitely Minecraft. I hate the vanilla game so fucking much, but it's still amazingly fun if you install a shitton of mods and play with your friends.
My guilty pleasure is Boiling Point. It's like a spiritual predecessor to Stalker, except it's buggy as fuck. I mean, seriously, look at those patch notes: Fixed: -Collision: grenades do not remain stuck in walls when launched, prisoners do not remain stuck in walls when delivered, tree have collisions. -Rendering landscape when flying on plane -NPC name which sometimes appeared in the list of vehicles -Windows look like dark squares when it rains -Boat which appeared to be filled with water -Grenades explode before NPC die Nonetheless it was terribly entertaining.
My guilty pleasure is Big Rigs. Seriously. I love reversing into the air and driving through the bridge; for some reason I find it funny to the point of extreme entertainment (for no more than 20 minutes at a time) You're winner!
That polish game, Soldat. I always manage to return to it, and play it on and off until I forget about it again for a few years. It's such a brilliant multiplayer game, the adrenaline rush of getting killstreaks (not CoD ones with bonuses, silly) is unmatched by any other game imo. It's just too bad it's a bit old now, and the playerbase is not very big. Most of the time on the day almost none are playing.
Actually, my MOST guilty pleasure is "Soldner : Secret Wars ( Now Community edition )" It's so fun.
Actually, my MOST guilty pleasure is "Soldner : Secret Wars ( Now Community edition )" It's so fun.
I had a FP server of that running, that were some good moments..
Anything by Koei. Love me some Dynasty Warriors
Also, another guilty pleasure: any of the games based on the Last Airbender show. Yes, they suck, but goddamnit I love them!
There are only 2 games that I know of that have Freedom in the title and that's Freedom Force and Freedom Fighters. Was it one of those 2?
I fucken loved freedom fighters. Getting a gaggle of 15(?) men and just going tooth and nail against a friend in multiplayer was so cool. Running with Rifles really scratches that itch for me now.
I suppose my guilty pleasure would be Call of Dutyand Fable 3. Cod cause I know how much serious gamers hate it, and Fable 3 cause its so bad, I just can't help it, I really enjoyed Fable 3 :v:
Duke Nukem Forever. It's perfect as a Duke Nukem game, seriously. It's just as good as DN3D to me.
Moose, I have something very interesting for you. It's a game called Russian Roulette II: The Next Worlds, it's very very very unknown, fairly old and a 'tad weird. I played it when I was younger, you won't find something like that game. I'm not sure whether it's bad or good, but the concept and idea behind it is freaking amazing! I actually made a thread about it a sometime ago.
It starts with a very weird old man, talking some gibberish to you. Well, luckily the game had English subtitles, so I could understand what he meant. Basically, there is a legend about an Ancient Empire. It is said, that there once was a Emperor, who had the power of entering portals, which led to other worlds. Those other worlds were just other time periods.Only the descends of the Emperor could use the portal. So, the old man, which is your father, says that your family is the Royal Emperor family. This was the clue, you could transport through time, and become the Ruler of this World. You were able to fix it, prevent the war that destroyed it. Though the portal, which is in the city you live in, needs a magical power source, Crystals. Its the kind of old game which lets much stuff open, so that you'll fill it up with your imagination. So, In gameplay explanation, You start near the deactivated portal in an quite big map. Its kind of Sandbox. You can go where you want, shoot who you want and so on. Just to get the crystals, you have to do missions for one of 2-4 factions on the map you are on. If you complete that, and get the crystals, you can transport in time. You will find yourself on a different map. Equally size, nicely done and all. Same rule, missions for crystals, because you apparently always need more of them. There are vehicles all over the map, almost all of them have guns, since you don't have any guns on your own. I like to explore just the worlds of this game, its a really nicely done world.
The world is really big, and interesting to look around in. There's next to no media about it on the internet about maybe one or two sites, but I have an ISO of it if you're interested. I'm fairly sure it's abandonware. If you want a disc you might want to search the internet a bit. I saw someone selling his for 1 PLN, which is about 25 cent.
My guilty pleasure.
