Last time i saw document about North-Korea there wasn't even half of the ammount of cars moving as in this video.
That's like america would make intercontinental ballistic traffic lights.

I don't even know why they need one since there are like no cars in North Korea and they could have spent that money on something more important. Also they could technically just use stop lights but they probably don't have that technology yet.

Exactly my feeling about the video, when I watched a documentary of 2 guys that went there, there were like zero cars.

Isn't that how almost every western society works? You need a permit/license to drive a vehicle.
You can get a driving license when you want, you need a permit from them which you don't get when you want.
