They said the movie takes place literally 5 seconds after the first one.
[sp]you'd think jack-jack would be able to speak by now [/sp]
[Sp]It takes place the exact second the first movie ended.[/sp]

When will people finally learn the purpose of Teasers.
Mr. Incredible sounds kinda off.
I hope they don't overplay the baby
I hope they don't overplay the baby
Yeah I was just about to say this. Having the story focus on the baby seems like it would be pretty uninteresting.
Mr. Incredible sounds kinda off.
His voice actor being in his 70s now might have something to do with it.

I'm both excited and dubious, Disney & Pixar have made fantastic stuff before, but I'm always skeptical of sequels standing up to the originals, especially after this much time.
We'll see I suppose. :v:
The only sequel I've ever wanted in my life.
Please be good
Teaser didn't do a whole lot to me tbh, I am excited for the movie but like said before I hope the focus won't be too much on the goofy silly baby who fires lasers everywhere.

Based on the original Incredibles teaser I think they wanted to generate hype without revealing anything about the plot of the second movie. My guess is that Jack Jack isn’t going to drive the plot too much but he works well for promo material
Still excited. I don't mind Jack-Jack, i enjoyed his short with the baby sitter for example but i really want to see more other stuff.
Makes me want to rewatch the movie
It makes me so happy to see these characters again, hopefully Disney won't put their interference hands and ruin it
i think after tomorrowland they learned to not give brad bird any shit writers or anything
tomorrowland is such a good idea fucking ruined by a shit writer that brad bird was working with
I hope that the baby turns out to be the main antagonist.

speak for yourself, i just about nutted over 13 years of CGI progression

[sp]I don't think that baby is Jack-Jack. It's probably the baby of one of the two kids from the original.
The dad in the trailer is probably dash grown up into his 20s or older. Either that or it takes places not so long past the end of the original. I think they're going to do a 13 to 15 year time skip at least. Either of the kids will have kids of their own and the parents will be relatively older.
Also the villain from the original will make a cameo as a coffee shop worker.[/sp]
I been waiting for this since I was 10 and I am 22 now

I... everything that man has written has had complaints about shitty writing.

How progressive of the coffee shop to hire a corpse.
