I just want to say in new zealand I have never seen one of these. everyone I know uses lukewarm/warm water if we get frosts (which are infrequent at best)

What car? That's a work van... it's large because they need to keep all their tools in the back. You'd be surprised how much they keep in the back.

Its a Ford E-250. Its a full size truck with a van body for the news equipment in the back.
Its literally our old equivalant to the Ford Transit before they brought it to the states.
