Also he is a puppet of the Burning Legion, whether he gets direct orders from them or not the Scourge is part of the Burning Crusade and they act for the most part in the interest of the Legion. They aren't separate anymore.[/QUOTE] You can say what you want about the identity of Arthas/The Lich King because it's all speculation right now, but the Lich King is NOT a puppet to the Burning Legion (it's not Burning Crusade that's the expansion) Kil'jaeden merely created the Lich King, and the Lich King created the Scourge. How this all happened was that Ner'zhul broke a pact he made with Kil'jaeden, and Kil'jaeden got revenge by torturing him until his body was torn apart, and imprisoned his soul into the Frozen Throne. Ner'zhul discovered that he could exercise power even without a body with psychic necrotic powers, and his powers grew exponentially. This way he was able to create the Scourge. Therefore, the Scourge is an enitrely different thing than the Burning Legion. Also, The Burning Legion and the Lich King have little to do with each other anymore, and there hasn't been any actions between them for a very long time.

It isn't just an expansion.

The Scourge broke free of the Burning Legion though, so they had little interest in being with them. They're no longer part of the crusade.

It doesn't take much to fool 12 million 10 year olds to constantly play a game.

You guys got to use a little logic. There aren't 12 million 10 year olds playing WoW. There are very few kids I've found. Most people are teenagers or adults for the most part.

I guarantee there is 100x more ten year-olds hopping on other games like Halo, CoD4, and Gears and you fucking know that is true. I literally don't know any kids younger than me that play WoW and I can think of four young kids right now that sit around all day playing Xbox. Games that are bad or get poor reviews get much lower sales than games that get high reviews and are quality.

I can't find any numbers but I'd say it has more sales than any other game.

There are actualy ALOT more adults on wow because it is more of a social game and needs coordination. World of warcraft is also hard to get into if you play late after an expansion pack because you have been left way behind. Trust me, i've played the game since it was released i had a great time, but i stoped playing it like a year ago than came back only to find it was almost impossible to get better gear unless i pvp'd.
