That made me nostalgic and I haven't even been a member here for that long.

How about the PHW war or the giant fight between those two lua coders where someone made a admin mod, but it was messing things up or it was a hack or something in Garry's mod 9. I don't exactly remember I just remember even Garry started to debate against it and it ended being probably the largest flame war ever and I think only one got perma-banned. The uprising against auto-ban and smartness. Almost forgot when elitism was running rampant.

So much has happened; hell I remember back when the OIFY didn't even have a damn password and it was on the main page. Wow was that long ago.

Facepunch brought me out of the cave of poor grammar and emotes through great moderation, I am thankful for this.

When the Smartness system reigned over the forums and you could practically get banned for not capitalizing the first letter after a full stop, you had to be pretty darn careful when writing replies. Smartness was so anal about grammar that for a while me among many ended up spellchecking every reply with MS Word before posting. I'm thankful.

There was actually a couple things missing from the video (I think...). One of which was the whole, "Hezzy and me erotica" where they kept switching genders every other line.

I am not here for that long but I recognize most of the events in the video I think the only major thing I haven't witnessed is the smartness system
