I'm curious, is the case even as expensive for Matt Hoss as it is for Ethan and Hila?
I don't know much of how the legal system works, but I'd imagine it might cost each party (defendant and accuser) a different rate since their lawyers have slightly different jobs.
Maybe it's cheaper for Hoss since he has all the evidence he needs and can just point to the video and have a lawyer write up the basic premise of his lawsuit. I'd imagine for Ethan and Hila, it's a lot harder, cause they gotta prove their innocence and shovel up a bunch of stuff to sway the jury.

If Matt Hoss was self aware and acted cool about H3 everyone would have supported him and been chill. H3 would have respected him pretty hard for it as they've done in the past, and even collabed.
in retrospect it really shows how completely lacking he is in self awareness that he can't laugh at himself. The dudes legitimately a giant tool. Instead he's ruining the lives of the ones who hurt his ~delicate~ ego.

I'm pretty sure there's little to no penalty / burden on the accuser when it comes to a YT claim.
Damn shame that the Hoss clown won't ever suffer a taste of his own medicine since his channel videos are 100% him squatting on the side of a ditch and squeezing one out.
I'm not sure if this is how it works, but i recall hearing something like this here in australia; if his lawsuit fails, does he have to cover all of h3s legal fees?
