The comments have been disabled on TB's videos for a long time now.
and for your list
Here ya go
[sp]10. Mad Max
9. Sunless Sea
8. Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide
7. Renowned Explorers
6. Rainbow Six: Seige
5. Transformers: Devastation
4. Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time
3. Dirty Bomb
2. Duck Game
Then there's actually a tie:
1. Undertale (game that released in 2015)
1. Overwatch (game that he played in 2015)[/sp]
I haven't played much games this year but Under Rail is the best game of 2015 for me. Probably the best crpg game out of all this "revivalist" movement of old school RPG games. The game literally gives no fucks about you and forces you to actually be intelligent about things.

Woah thanks for pointing me towards this game. It looks like exactly what I want and need going into a very busy 6 months in my life.
I feel kind of uncomfortable talking about it because it feels like I'm directly talking shit about people but the reason a lot of people have developed a natural aversion to stuff like FNAF, Undertale, SU, Homestuck and the like is because they all attracted this demographic of heavily obsessive younger people that are just severely unpleasant to be around.
I remember the exact same thing happening with SU and the original FNAF, where a bunch of normal-seeming people enjoyed it during the first few weeks/first month and then as more of that demographic started pouring in, a bunch of those same people just shut up and packed their bags.
I'm not trying to say that those people are wrong to enjoy it or incite an argument or anything but it's becoming a pattern, just saying

As TB says in the video, the list without his reasoning has no value. Like his Arbitrary Awards and the Cooptys it's all about the reasoning and the discussion. I think asking for the list straight up because you don't want to waste 50 minutes is kinda silly.
I think TotalBiscuit could be a bit more concise than 3 HOURS covering "which games did good/bad and which games I liked this year, and why"

The whole point is that he didn't want to be concise. He wanted to give a detailed explanation on why each game was chosen. That's his big gripe with award shows. If you don't know why so something got an award then it means nothing.
If it was just a list, it'd be just that... a list. And what use is that?

It's not even about the use, it's that a discussion that's just 'I like game X, and I like game Y, but game Z is the best' is really boring.

Yeah but this argument is still dumb because again, you don't HAVE to be around these people. People really shouldn't care this much about who else likes a game if it's not an online-focused game lol.

I don't know how you got from concise to non-existent.
Hearing the reasoning is great, I just think there's no need for that to take over 10 minutes to convey.
It doesn't engage the audience, and frankly comes off as self-indulgent.

I don't agree with that.
I really enjoy hearing him go into some ridiculous detail about some things.
