he does keyframe work, like many professional animators. He draws the "important" frames and outsources movement/everything between those to others. Which sucks, because he animated movement/warping REALLY well back then.

Thanks to the CEO of Nintendo, however, they gave the man the greenlight. Who was this man? Shigesato Itoi, the creator of the Mother series.
