I enjoyed this, especially the part at 9:10. But you do talk about some really meaningless things. You should maybe have a few things prepared to talk about if your going to make a video again like this in the future.
I think I am getting better as time goes on. I'll try not to ramble too much.
As said in an earlier comment, keep with the same humor, like "gotcha buster brown" and stuff like that, but maybe cut videos with more action etc.

As someone who plays LCPDFR myself. I recommend getting vdH Policehelper. Lets you ID peds more easily and you can also do things like setup roadblocks or even setup bait cars. I think you're videos are pretty decent you just have to get more comfortable with yourself when doing commentary.

I've also done videos of other games too, like Sniper Elite V2. My narration so to speak wasn't the best in those but in terms of skulls being perforated, it's pretty good.
I could give a link to a video on it, but be warned I did complain a lot about some of the little things.
