Eh, I don't like Seth Green because all of his shows focus on pop culture references for the majority of jokes and he barely ever makes his own original jokes and when they do they are pretty horrible. But, yeah, I'd be pissed if I were mugged too.

No mugger in his right mind would murder someone. Murder is about 10x more serious then mugging in law's view. Mugging (with a deadly weapon) is like 1 year tops in a white collar jail if you are caught with just that one offense at the time. Murder is a medium security prison and for more then just a year.
