Everything Wrong With Frozen In 10 Minutes Or Less
why is strange that people would take cinemasins seriously? i've seen a few videos that actually do cite many legitimate complains and shortsighted mistakes that show that either those responsible for producing the film utilize very extensive creative license, or just didn't care enough to iron out minor flaws
on the other hand, some videos, like this one, are unnecessarily nitpicky and a lot of the sins are bad jokes. which raises the question, why even produce videos meant to be humorous under the guise of criticism if the critiques are bad and the jokes aren't funny? what is the purpose of the videos at that point?

I prefer Tangled since I feel that the male character and situations he was put in were a lot more comical and funny compared to Frozen. Except the shop scene in Frozen, that was great.
Tangled felt like a disney movie, this didn't. my cents. But we can all agree the shop scene in frozen was great, seriously they should do a movie centered on Oaken.

my point is, it seems as though this channel was created originally with the purpose of actually pointing out movie flaws and has devolved into several minute long filler and bad humor, lighthearted though it may be. and of course, that is my opinion, but somehow i find it hard to believe that very many people recognize that these videos, at this point, are (mostly) not meant to be taken seriously, and appreciate the comedic value of the videos, of which i find very little.
or i could be wrong and everyone finds them hilarious who knows
Most of these are just misconceptions and him not understanding the story to be honest.
I just grew so tired of this movie because it got plastered all of the internet so much, and I haven't even seen the damn thing.
i'd like to thank the academy
I guess I liked it because I didn't let the internet ruin it for me.
Then again I was still buttered up from watching previous Disney films so I'm not sure what to think.

frozen isn't a bad movie imo, just generic
This is such a shitty disney movie. They only focused on making a pretty snowy land and sceneries and just bullshit the characters, storyline, and everything else. The mom and two daughter look so much alike that there is hardly anything differentiating them.

Because misanthropic, shut-in, hyper-introvert, antisocial Tumblr sociopaths have a fictional character to relate with.
Which is funny because the movie portrays her behaviour as highly toxic and self-destructive (the movie ends with her coming back to Arendelle, being accepted by the people there and she can live there and use her ice powers in peace), and Let it Go is just Elsa trying to tell herself everything's ok when in reality she's just avoiding her problems and shutting herself in her own world; while damaging her loved ones in the process.
She's all "IM ALONE AN FREE!1!!" and ~strong~ and ~*independent*~, but in reality she's just really scared of the world that surrounds her and locks herself on her castle to "avoid causing Anna any harm", which she does later anyway because she refuses to accept advice from others and is too self-absorbed in her own distorted reality.
Sounds familiar?
Identifying with a character in a movie isn't the same thing as being a misanthropic, shut-in, hyper-introvert, antisocial Tumblr sociopath (you're being redundant). If you think it is then good luck to the vast majority of the human population, who are apparently on Tumblr, because many characters in fiction are flawed which is what makes them interesting characters in the first place.
Not that this lame-butt Disney movie has well-written characters but casting judgement like you are doing is embarrassingly pathetic.
I liked Frozen because of Idina Menzel, I felt she was a really underrated actress in the film world despite her being big on Broadway. I loved her in Rent, Wicked and her new musical If/Then

So, wait, you're complaining that people who are from the same family look the same?
... you know that's how genetics work, right?

it was a bit too silly in frozen though

Saw this with my little cousin. There's really nothing wrong with the movie IMO. I just don't see what it did to get such an enormous following. It looked pretty, it was fun to watch for what it was, but I honestly forgot most of it by the end of the week. It was just nothing special to me.
Literally the only reason that clicks in my head is just that neckbeards wanna fuck Elsa. Because it didn't stand out in any other way to justify such a huge fanbase. I dunno maybe I'm just not the right kind of person.
Number 78 is actually a very good point, and a good idea.
I think the video on Elysium is a good example of actually pointing out flaws in the movie, even if there's some jokes along with it (and they're funny imo)

Yeah, I've exaggerated that too much/come off as too angry now that I look at it, sorry.
Elsa being flawed by herself is not a bad thing; she chooses to do things that are wrong, fucks up, fixes things up and learns her lesson at the end without having to worry about the people on the kingdom judging her anymore or harming Anna; basic storytelling.
However, I see too many people sticking to the ice queen version of Elsa like glue to justify their toxic attitude and perpetuate their behaviour, as in "I hate people and I'm scared of everything but Elsa taught me that it's right to do that so I'm going to keep doing it", "being alone is a good thing, being with others makes you weak and pathetic" or "I'm going to create my mind palace to avoid my problems instead of trying to face my situation and get over my depression/anxiety".
Depression is not a good thing and even less something to be proud of, and you have to break the vicious circle by youself and the help or your loved ones. Elsa's attitude is caused by the things that happen at the beginning of the film, it's justified to some extent, but that doesn't mean she should stay like that forever because that makes he a ~special snowflake~ or something.
It's the same with people who are extremely cynical/apathetic towards everything, things may have gone really bad for you and you may have met with a lot of dissapointment, but it doesn't mean you should keep being a bitter, stoic asshole all your life.
I don't get the hate this movie gets. It's a fairly entertaining typical Disney story for kids. Since when did people start caring about logical fallacies and plot holes in children's animations?

The only reason they did this was because it's probably the single most requested film.

What sort of hate are you referring to? Disney cartoons are full of pre-set tropes and people are getting tired of that.
They didn't even do that gassy line in one of the songs.
It really isn't that great of a song...
It was really forgettable, don't know what all the fuss about the song is.
Let it go guys.
The only real issue I have with the movie was how slapped together the ending was. Hans being evil felt so rushed to me,
especially considering he gave up the perfect opportunity to have Elsa get killed. All he had to do was let those guys with the crossbows shoot Elsa, and bam he's the king.
And the kingdom the old guy with the hairpiece was from takes all the blame.
If you know anything about music theory, that 'let it go' 'katy perry' joke was incredibly accurate.
I can see how Let It Go became rather popular due to its lyrics "relating" to many viewers in an edgy sense. It talks about isolation and (emotional) storm. It has this rebellious tone with "let the storm rage on" relating to many teens and the ending line pretty much goes like "I'm edgy and cool and it doesn't bother me so deal with it". At least that is how I see the song and why it grew close to many people. It might sound inspiring and empowering at first but if you actually think about it, it just plays on rebellious teenager nature.
Rapunzel is taken, Elsa is not. This makes Elsa better waifu material.

I don't care how (rightfully) sick people are of hearing it, "Let it Go" is still a fucking wonderfully composed song.
It's a case of "well written but overplayed to the point that it loses its effect"
I watched it about three times, its not me genre but I wanted to see why people gave a flying fuck.
I don't hate it, but just like Dr.Who, I think it's overrated and people look over the plotholes and cliches in it too easily because 'Disney'. And it switched up maybe two things in it.
