i've said this all the time, time and time again.
im very suprised their house is still standing
They are going to protest at a Ryan dunn's funeral, someone from Facepunch knows Bam (Viva la bam and ex-Jackass) and called him up and told him about this

It has 8 letters in common with Transylvania which is (errorniously) the capital of Fucking evil and shady!
That's enough for me. Even if Alabama and Mississippi have been representing Satan himself since the civil war with their heavy racism.
Brainwashing isn't it lovely?
What a buncha fucktards.

These idiots are why people hate Christians.

There was a thread about they protesting at Ryan Dunns funeral and someone in that thread said that he would, cannot remember who
I can't fathom why are these people protected by the law and police. They are a religious sect causing public disturbance and using the justice system as means to earn money. Why is that allowed?!
To anyone with an iota of sense they're utterly harmless.

Brainwashing their children into bigoted uneducated self righteous zealots.
Abusing the justice system, wasting it's time and resources.
Hate speech.
Harassment.
Yeah they are cool.
Freedom of speech.
Technically, they are violating some of the clauses of the 1st amendment.. so they shouldn't really be protected under that.
Brainwashing their children into bigoted uneducated self righteous zealots.
The whole video is about one of their kids who chose not to believe them so not actually an issue.
Abusing the justice system, wasting it's time and resources.
Already illegal. Or at least a civil offense. Not a free speech issue.
Hate speech.
They're words, who gives a fuck?
Harassment.
Already illegal.
I don't understand how free speech is an issue with any of this.
The whole video is about one of their kids who chose not to believe them so not actually an issue.
So if one kid snapped out of it, brainwashing hundreds of others is ok?
Already illegal. Or at least a civil offense. Not a free speech issue.
What? Illegal yet they continue to provoke people, sue them, and use the justice system as means of earning money.
They're words, who gives a fuck?
Implying that you can't hurt people just by verbal messages. Implying that verbally encouraging people to hatred is harmless. I wonder why verbal harassment is illegal... Must be some silly reasons.
And who doesn't give a fuck about hate speech? Americans. And I don't understand why. Probably one of those "hurr durr freedom" things.
Already illegal.
AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO DO SO
I don't understand how free speech is an issue with any of this.
It's only relevant to hate speech? I don't know why are you looking for issues with free speech in everything I said. But yeah, in America, hate speech and warmongering is not only legal, but you are protected by law and police when you're at it. Ridiculous.
These videos sicken me so, how can you call yourself human when casting your own family member out with no emotion what so ever?
And who doesn't give a fuck about hate speech? Americans. And I don't understand why. Probably one of those "hurr durr freedom" things.
Yeah, who needs that? Lol, stupid Americans, wanting to be able to voice opinions without fear of penalty from the government. How backwards! We need to show people the civilized light of jailing people for what they think!
It's only relevant to hate speech? I don't know why are you looking for issues with free speech in everything I said. But yeah, in America, hate speech and warmongering is not only legal, but you are protected by law and police when you're at it. Ridiculous.
Because that's what I was taking issue with in your post.
It's not ridiculous, it's called reason. Guess what, someone saying stupid shit to me doesn't affect me. They're not forcing me to attack them or hurting me or others. If someone is saying shit you don't like, there's a simple solution: DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THEM.
[editline]24th June 2011[/editline]
So if one kid snapped out of it, brainwashing hundreds of others is ok?
Children have so much impressed on them by their parents anyway, it's completely arbitrary to say one isn't alright just because you disagree with it. Emotional abuse is one thing, but if we have no evidence that's going on, there's no reason we should be able to punish them just for teaching their kids stupid shit.
[editline]24th June 2011[/editline]
What? Illegal yet they continue to provoke people, sue them, and use the justice system as means of earning money.
Then the justice system doesn't think it's a waste of time and they're in a better position to determine that than you are.
AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO DO SO
Where? They often have distance restrictions and the like put on them for funeral protests and shit. The government keeps a close watch on them to make sure they're not harassing people.
Yeah, who needs that? Lol, stupid Americans, wanting to be able to voice opinions without fear of penalty from the government. How backwards! We need to show people the civilized light of jailing people for what they think!
You have to be dense not to see a difference between encouraging to hatred and voicing your opinions. Maybe you're thick on purpose. Suit yourself.
Because that's what I was taking issue with in your post.
You said they are a harmless bunch. I said why I think they aren't. Why look for issues with freedom of speech in everything I said?
It's not ridiculous, it's called reason. Guess what, someone saying stupid shit to me doesn't affect me. They're not forcing me to attack them or hurting me or others. If someone is saying shit you don't like, there's a simple solution: DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THEM.
Wow, what a great solution to verbal harassment. You're an ace in this shit bro.
Children have so much impressed on them by their parents anyway, it's completely arbitrary to say one isn't alright just because you disagree with it. Teaching your children hatred towards other people and not teaching them basic things about the world they live in is alright. Nice.
Then the justice system doesn't think it's a waste of time and they're in a better position to determine that than you are.
Their sole purpose is to harass people and they are allowed to do so.
(I'm out for like 3 days so my last post for now)
Haha nice job, not making a single argument in that whole post. It was nothing except for, "you must be being dense one purpose!" and "You believe <x>. Lol, ironic agreement"

Was this supposed to be ironic
[editline]24th June 2011[/editline]
I don't understand the absurdly strong sentiment on Facepunch of, "I don't like this thing, the clear solution is to ban it."
[editline]24th June 2011[/editline]
Ugh, no wonder you hate freedom of speech. I have to actually argue against silly opinions rather than just banning them.
[editline]24th June 2011[/editline]
If some guy is following me around all day or shouting at my house with a megaphone at 4am, that's one thing, but if someone tells me god hates me, who cares? Fuck that guy and fuck his opinions. Not giving a shit what he says is a proven 100% method for relieving oneself of stupid opinions. As for the claim that they don't believe what they preach and are just a moneymaking scheme, prove they don't believe it. We shouldn't be banning shit and restricting people based on conjecture like that. And there are far better ways to make money than what they're doing, let me tell you.
The one who is gonna burn in hell are not gay people Those Fucking assholes are!
Haha nice job, not making a single argument in that whole post. It was nothing except for, "you must be being dense one purpose!" and "You believe <x>. Lol, ironic agreement"
The argument was "your points are shit"
I don't understand the absurdly strong sentiment on Facepunch of, "I don't like this thing, the clear solution is to ban it."
It's not "I don't like WBC, ban it" or not even "I don't like hate speech, ban it". Unlike you I understand that hate speech is actually dangerous, hurts people, has no place in civilized society therefore should be outlawed.
Ugh, no wonder you hate freedom of speech. I have to actually argue against silly opinions rather than just banning them.
Silly opinions like "Kill all niggers! They are an inferior race!" which might reinforce or even teach racism. A "voicing your opinion protest" like that could even trigger off physical violence. But I guess it's just a silly opinion, it's harmless if you don't listen :downs:
If some guy is following me around all day or shouting at my house with a megaphone at 4am, that's one thing, but if someone tells me god hates me, who cares? And this is the part when you are either dense or just pretending. If you think that a situation in which lets say a boss is verbally harassing his female employee at work (without going with a fucking megaphone at 4 am to her house) is harmless and can just be ignored like that, you are dense. Verbal harassment can hurt, it could even push someone into depression. You don't know what you are talking about. When you are vulnerable (lets say someone important to you died), you can't just ignore someone insulting the memory of the deceased. Don't be dense on purpose. And you are not seeing the big picture. Just because hate speech doesn't affect you directly it doesn't mean it's fine, just like I mentioned earlier.
And in short, my point is: you don't need to use hate speech to voice your opinion, even if it's negative. Consequently outlawing hate speech does not impair your freedom of voicing your opinion. Acting like there is no difference between these two or that you can't have one without the other is either being dense or pretending to be.
WBC is harassing people and it should not be legal. Plain and simple. Moreover they are using the justice system as means to earn money, suing people when they get attacked while harassing people, which is a mockery of the justice system to say the least.
wards
lmao bringing up a five day old argument
Bam and the other jackasses are really really upset about Dunn's death. I would not be surprised if they attacked WBC or messed up their vehicles, etc.
The argument was "your points are shit"
You're a joke. If you're not going to take the argument seriously and you're just going to condescend to me and claim I must be being dense on purpose because you CAN'T BEAR TO BELIEVE that someone should believe we shouldn't be arresting people for words, just give up. It's pathetic.
It's not "I don't like WBC, ban it" or not even "I don't like hate speech, ban it". Unlike you I understand that hate speech is actually dangerous, hurts people, has no place in civilized society therefore should be outlawed.
Justify that. You can't just say, "It's dangerous and has no place." Argue it.

Why is physical violence not the fault of the person performing it? I don't believe in free will but if I used that as the basis for my political philosophy like you seem to be we wouldn't be imprisoning anyone for anything since it's not their fault. They were forced to do it. If words can force someone to be violent, why does your environment not force your words? Accountability should end in the actions you perform. If you are violent, you are accountable. Otherwise we get stuck in a ridiculous chain of determining what's to blame and in the end, it's nobody.

Why is that your responsibility to know what your words are going to do to someone? Say you're in a relationship with someone and you break up with them. They were depressed and too afraid to tell anyone. They kill themselves. Why should you be to blame for that? Say someone insults you, and you insult them back. You're perfectly fine but what you say to them strikes a nerve and they hurt themselves somehow. Why is it your job to watch everything you say just because you might possibly hurt someone maybe? It's absurd.

I don't understand why you're not able to argue and maintain any sort of civility. All you've been doing the whole time is talking down to me, as though anyone who could possibly disagree with you must be being stupid on purpose. I argue with people I like all the time but you have to make it personal. Stop it. It's pointless and not constructive. It's no wonder you seem concerned with the effect of words on people. You don't seem capable of arguing in a mature manner without leveling insults at the other party.

johnny mo1 is a bad poster and I Wish He'd Stop
I'd kill WBC with no regrets.
The guys in WBC who protest peoples funerals are some of the people that I believe actually deserve to die. When that guy said "if Jesus wants me to die, then there's nothing that can be done to stop that" I half expected him to be hit by a bolt of lightning mid-sentence.
where are these stupid people?
